My reception was everything I wanted. The food was great, the room looked amazing, and the staff was very helpful throughout the entire process.

I got married this year and wanted to remain loyal to the Hilton brand, so i tried making a wedding block for all of my out of town guests at this property. As all of my out of town guests would be needing a place to stay, i expected to be able to use all of the rooms they set aside for our block. I received a "courtesy block" of 20 rooms for Friday night before the wedding and 40 rooms for the night of the wedding. When my family couldn't book their rooms, i called the hotel MULTIPLE times and left MULTIPLE messages for Alicia, Tiffany, and even left a voicemail for the GM. NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK! This is 3-4 weeks before my wedding and i couldn't get them to respond to emails, calls or voicemails! I kept calling, and finally i was able to speak with someone, who then told me they do not have to honor all of the rooms they said they would give me. The contract i signed for this said that in the event the property needed to remove some rooms from our block to sell to other guests, they would make every effort to contact me first to let me know. i didn't get a single email, call or voicemail regarding this. They were extremely rude about the process, so i called the Fairfield Inn in Terrell and their Director of Sales was SO nice, SO friendly, and did everything he could to help us out. I ended up have about 30 rooms at the Fairfield, and am glad that this property didn't receive all of those funds. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
