Had a great experience here renting the suits for my husband and groomsmen. They have a great selection of colors and styles. Their online system was great to work with as well and the staff in the store were super helpful and made it an awesome experience for us.

The stressors that come with planning a same-sex marriage are innumerable. Although we had mostly positive experiences with wedding vendors. The hurt and discomfort that came in the form of callous rejections and the occasional shaming left us overly cautious in planning. My wife knew she wanted to wear a suit for the big day. I had already received the standard bridal treatment at a local dress boutique and I wanted nothing more than for my future spouse to share in the magic of that day. She was full of trepidation and had resigned herself to ordering her attire online. I was crushed, but I understood her fears.
A fellow suit wearing lady friend of ours reached out before she could make the would-be colossal mistake of purchasing an internet suit. She assured us that Men’s Wearhouse would accommodate of needs. My, then fiancé was skeptical but I assured her that it would be worth the risk.
A day later we were pleasantly surprised to find that this store was not only accommodating, but they were kind, patient, and unfailingly helpful. Not a single employee treated us as anything but worthy customers. They dawned over my bride and worked tirelessly to provide her and her party with the exact look she desired.
As the date approached she went through several last minute changes to her own attire, eventually foregoing the jacket and adding lapels to her vest. She changed the color and length of her tie and underwent 3 separate alterations as she lost weight for the big day.
Throughout the process Men’s Wearhouse remained responsive and dedicated to achieving my wife’s ultimate satisfaction. I am so grateful to this company for setting an amazing standard of care without altering services for divergent patrons.
The finished product was incredible. I truly recommend this vendor to anyone feeling uneasy about the process of suit selection.

Absolutely loved the service at MWH

The service was great, the staff was knowledgeable, and my fiancé was able to purchase his suit at an affordable price. So amazing.

My husband (fiancé at the time) went in to purchase a suit and the salesman was great! He noticed that my husband was looking at typical sizes but at suits that were a little expensive. He directed my husband over to some suits that were on sale and that is where my husband purchased his suit for our wedding. We had explained to the salesman that we didn't need the typical tuxedo or black suit because we were getting married on a cruise ship and that our colors were purple and silver and that my husband could wear a dark navy suit, which is actually what we were preferring. It just so happened that that particular suit was on sale that day and we could not have been luckier. My husband also purchased his shoes, cufflinks, and pocket squares there. It was a pleasant experience and the salesman was a young guy who had great customer service skills.

I'm not sure if this is considered a negative review as I loved the way all of our guys looked for the wedding. The quality of product was awesome. You get what you pay for. 👍. I will say however there was alot of disorganization and lack of communication between salespersons and guests and between employees as well. Information wasn't being registered so we'd shave to go back and fourth. The wrong shoes were ordered for all the groomsmen (issue was resolved though), back and fourth with alterations, my now husband(groom) did not have his pocket square the day of. Family member had to leave venue to run to men Wearhouse to get him a pocket square.
All in all we got what we needed but I think for a large event it ant going to be our go to.

The actual suit is good quality and coming with all the accessories is very helpful. But it’s way too expensive for a rental. The most inconvenient part is you only have 24 hours to return it or they start charging you a daily fee if it’s not returned on time.
