Men's Warehouse was professional and efficient. I rented a tux and my groomsmen both bought and rented suits depending on their need. We even had a last minute emergency and had to ask someone to fill in for a groomsman and MW fitted him and delivered the suit in about a day. The staff knew what they were talking about with measurements and suit styles. I had a great experience.

My fiancé always shop at men’s warehouse and receive great service but when it was time for us to rent tuxedos for our wedding the service was horrible. Getting fitted was great but when we went back two days before our wedding to pick up the tuxedos most of them didn’t arrive, the groom tux was going to Florida when we live in New Jersey. The high school girls working there was more interested in helping the boys get tuxedos for prom then anyone else. This was the worst experience we had here.

After 3 alterations the tuxedo i purchased fit nicely. The Taylor was not receptive to what I had asked of him when doing the initial alterations. My father who was paying for the rentals was actually told he couldn’t pay for them since we were picking them up from different locations and when he went there to try to reverse the charges they wouldn’t do it. This was specifically the plainview store. Also I couldn’t purchase the same vest my wedding party was renting because they only have certain vests for rentals and certain for purchases. Really didn’t make sense to me.
