My husband and I were married in Oct of 2006. We got our proofs cd right away. There was a hold up in choosing the proofs for our album because of some photo editing I wanted to make to the photos, and then the cd was accidentally put into storage when my husband was deployed overseas for over a year. As a result, I was not able to let Ray (the owner/photographer) know which photos we wanted in our album. I informed Ray of this when it happened, and he assured me several times that it was not a problem, and to just contact him once we got the cd out of storage and were ready to move on with having our album made. I kept in touch with Ray through out the next 2 years mainly because I felt bad that we kept him waiting for so long. Every time I spoke to him, he told me the same thing; not to worry about the hold-up and to give him a call when we were ready to have our album made. We finally got our photo cd out of storage and sent him our proofs in early 2009. He has had our proofs for 2 years now, and we still have no album. I have written several emails to him which have all gone unanswered. Both my husband and I have spoken to him over the phone several times over the past year, trying to get an answer from him as far as when we could expect our album to be completed, and he always had an excuse and would say he'd call us in a few days with an answer. We would never hear back from him. We'd try calling him again a couple weeks later, only to get the same run-around. We have been told at least five times that he would call us back with an answer. We haven't received a single phone call from him, ever. My husband finally got fed up one day and asked him to just be straight forward and tell us the truth about what was going on with our album. Ray then gave us the excuse that he didn't have the money to complete our album (even though we paid him upfront for it) because he was dealing with a foreclosure. He told us he had a photography job the following weekend that he' be making some money from, and that he'd call us within a couple days to resolve everything and let us know when we'd have our album, and once again, he never returned our call. As far as our wedding day went, he was pretty snappy with our wedding guests; waving in peoples' faces and shouting, "Hello!" to get our guests' attention. He also used flash photography through out the entire service, even though I informed him that the church did not allow it. When I first started working with him, I would email him questions, only to get reply emails from him saying, "Please call me", and I would end up having to call him with my questions. For whatever reason, he did not want to answer my questions through email, which I thought was very strange. Like one other reviewer said, he has a very difficult personality to deal with. I've basically given up any hope that we will ever see a wedding album from him. Needless to say, I am very unhappy. He has proven to be a complete waste of time and money.
