I have had the pleasure of using Memories N Focus, for my daughter's birthday photo shoot, back to school photo shoot, family photo shoot, engagement session and last but not least on our wedding day. Each time I have used the Veal duo (Nate and Rochelle), they have answered all of my questions, given suggestions and executed their eye for detail to perfection. Best photographer hands down he toke so many pictures for my engagement session I was tired but enjoyed every minute and my wedding photos....I still feel like it's my wedding day when I look at them. They love what they do....period!

Nate Veal takes AMAZING Pictures. His work is awesome but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The initial contact with the company is prompt, BUT once you pay the deposit and receive your contract communication goes out the window. There were multiple occasions when you would call and both numbers and the mailboxes would be full and you could not leave a message. Also if you sent an email to one person .. it would take days for someone to answer and it would most likely be his wife. I was also disappointed because I thought I was paying for two photographers but ended up getting a photographer and an assistant. I say that because I feel that Rochelle could have been taking photos that were missed out on. (Like the girls getting dressed, or the reception hall). One positive was that the photos on the online gallery were up quickly within a week but it took 5 months to receive the actual photos. After many emails I was informed that, that is when I would receive my photos and not any sooner. I was a bit disheartened because I have friends who got married after us and received their photos a lot sooner than we did.
