Mark is Wonderful. Easy to work with and so much fun. Our photos and video are AWESOME!!!!!

We had another gentleman that did the pictures since Mark was doing another wedding that day. The other guy was great but i was disappointed when he didn't think of taking a picture of my dress hanging up before i put it on. Also, he didn't take any family pictures with my side of the family other than my mom and dad. But otherwise, the pictures were AMAZING! I love how Mark gives you cd's with every picture taken so you can make copies of the cd for others to see or to print them out on your own.

Worth every bit we spent! We had the owner, Mark, as our Photographer. He was quick in knowing exactly what pictures he wanted, and energetic. Took tons of photos and printed the very best for us. Also gave us the discs of the photos for us to print at a later time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mark was great, my pictures are awesome although there were some shots he didn't get.

They definitely had the best package for the price and they had very quick turn around. Very courteous and professional.

If I could give no stars I would. So memories by Mark was absolutely horrible. Do not book this man!
So we booked him August 18th 2022 for a wedding on January 27, 2024. 16 months in advance. We payed him a deposit of $400.
So then we knew we were canceling our big wedding in November of 2022 and decided to elope. So I called him immediately to let him know so that he could open our date back up. And he refused to refund the deposit or any payments made to him. I understand contracts and vendors needing to protect themselves. But we canceled 14 months in advance. It’s not like it was a couple months before the wedding and we left him hanging. 14 months my goodness! I highly doubt we caused him to lose a date 14 months in advance he still had plenty of time to rebook it but his reason for not refunding our money is that we screwed him over by canceling. Lol 14 months in advance.

But wait there’s more, when I originally booked him, after paying the deposit and scheduling our engagement shoot. He sent me an email basically telling me to stay off Pinterest don’t get any ideas, and not bring any signs or props and don’t tell him how to do his job. We’ll in true Tricia Fashion of course I went on Pinterest and of course I brought a sign and a couple of props. When I showed up with the items in hand he rolled his eyes at me and told me I knew you were that type of bridezilla. Lol seriously called me a bridezilla.
So then at the shoot I spilled water on my dress he told me don’t worry he would edit it out. Which he never did. and wr wanted to go deeper in to white city park to do pictures and he said he was in pressed time because kick off for a football game was at 12 and basically refused going anywhere else in white city park. And to be honest I hated my engagement pictures they were horrible. And he took five weeks to edit them. 🤦‍♀️ OH and not to mention I asked him since we had already paid him if he could be available for our elopement ceremony. Gave him five weeks in advance for that. And he flat out said no. Lol

Anyways I just wanted to share what a bad experience it was. No it won’t get us the money back I realize but I don’t want anyone else to get screwed over by him either. See below him telling me to stay off Pinterest and talking trash about another bride he did a shoot for calling her a gold digger. 🤦‍♀️ highly unprofessional to trash talk one of your clients to another client.

My daughter got married in July of 2008. Her wedding party was very small, her sister, her new bil, a ring bearer and flower girl. In the DVD, there is NO picture of her sister, maid of honor and only bridesmaid! Not walking down the aisle, not standing at the alter, nothing. While her sister was walking down the aisle, the photographer was focused on the groom and his bestman. Even walking down the aisle, after the ceremony, her sister is cut out. if not for friends taking pictures, there would be nothing of her sister! if this is the best that south florida can do, we are in deep trouble.
