Meera Fox photographed my wedding this year and I was so lucky to have chosen her to do the job. My ceremony happened at sunrise and Meera was there to get every magical second of it. Then she stayed with me all day and all night until the last guest left the reception. If you are going to have a photographer by your side on the most important day of your life every minute of that day, it needs to be someone whose presence adds to the occasion and empowers you, without changing the vibe of the event. Meera was perfect in this way. It felt like she had my back no matter what we were doing. She was simply there, doing her job the whole time, but she was making everything feel special and making me feel beautiful and calm. The photos she took at my reception were epic! I had the quirky idea to do an old fashioned formal portraiture look where everyone was serious in the photos, just like they used to do in the olden days when people had to hold still for a long time to have their portraits taken, so no one smiled. Trying not to smile of course made everyone feel very silly, so Meera got serious and then funny ones of each group. I loved them all. Then Meera also roamed around the party all evening taking her famous candid shots of all the guests partying and having fun. These are moments I will always treasure and she documented everything so thoroughly. I can't wait now to have a baby because I want Meera Fox Photography to take baby portraits for me! Meera Fox has done a modeling shoot with my husband and he looks so amazing in the photos. I love her retro aesthetic and her technical rigor. As a professional photographer myself I am extremely choosy about who I hire to do photographs for me and of me. Meera Fox Photography is the best of them all.

Meera Fox did an amazing job photographing my wedding and since then I have called on her for all my photographic needs. When I had a baby I was so grateful that Meera Fox was available to capture so many of her cutest stages in portraits. When I launched my latest business venture we trusted Meera to do all the headshots of my team for our website. She made each one of us look glamorous and powerful. When I received an award and had to make a public speech and host a reception, I called on Meera to document the special event. Meera has also done family portraits for us, and has shot beautiful modeling shoot photos of my daughter. At my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah last year Meera covered every aspect of the event without ever needing to interrupt anything. In each instance that I have hired Meera Fox Photography I have been delighted with her services and have gotten great photos that we treasure. Her professional and efficient yet easygoing attitude makes her a real pleasure to work with. I will be hiring her again the next time I need photos of any important event.

meera was a great photographer on our wedding day. she captured great photos and we were very pleased with the shots and our album. the only setback was that she had brought her 2 daughters and one needed to be nursed every few hours. it would have been nice to have an additional photographer to capture the time that she had missed while nursing. i don't have anything against nursing but now, as a mom who did nurse my child, i would think it could've been possible to pump at a longer interval time and have your baby take the bottle. this is what you have to do sometimes when you can't pump at every feeding. but even if she did have to leave for 20 minutes every 3 hours, at least offer another photographer to take the pictures. i have no idea if there were missed memories and moments that could have been captured.
after the wedding, we reviewed our photos pretty quickly and our album came on time as well as our enlargments and parent's albums.
