Ethereal Garden with beautiful energy

This beautiful venue really helped our Enchanted Forest theme. Everyone is still talking about it! They say our wedding was in a magical hidden garden and it felt like they stepped foot in the spiritual realm ❤️..... THATS how beautiful this place is.

OMG! - Everything was beautiful and so professional and friendly. There is usually so much stress during a wedding but they handled everything flexibly and with great style.

The owner of the property is Jay, and he could not be any more fabulous. He is so accomodating, so sweet, and so professional. All my family is from out of town, and on more than one occasion, I wanted to take people out to the site to show them, and to plan, and he was always so willing to let us come out and walk around the grounds. The day of the wedding was perfect, he set up all the chairs, which were so pretty, and everything was perfect. This place is perfect. The only down side is his on site wedding coordinator. She is very pushy, and really upset my father, but Jay was so apologetic and kind, and handled the situation appropriately.

Meadowlark was FANTASTIC. I searched for months for the perfect venue, and finally ran across this gem. The gardens are breathtaking, and the new renovations are stunning. The new deck is HUGE and perfect for receptions. We were the first wedding on site, and Jack, the site manager, was incredibly gracious and accomodating. We emailed and called with tons of questions and he very patiently answered them all, as well as offered us lots of extras. He was even on hand throughout our entire ceremony and reception, helping guests and making sure that everything was running smoothly. Our guests and photographer couldn't stop talking about how beautiful Meadowlark was. A perfect backdrop for my visions of an outdoor wedding!

We discovered this place by random. I googled them and found a few couples that had gotten married there as well so I gave it a shot and emailed them, and hoped they didn't have a "wedding industry complex". The event coordinator Sheryl emailed be back and she even worked out a smaller fee since we were only having a tiny wedding, with no other guests but us, our officiant, and a photographer. She called it a “Champagne Ceremony”. We had the whole place to ourselves and she was extremely generous and flexible regarding times of arrival and time spend there.

Sheryl gave us different directions than map-quest or google-maps to make driving there easier. I highly recommend getting those directions! I'm serious. We made it just in time to see the sunset. She gave us some background history on the gardens and answered all our questions while giving us the tour of the place. It’s absolutely amazing! It was everything I was hoping and looking for. Pretty, private, affordable.

Payment couldn’t have been easier. She even suggested we just bring the check the day of - but I like things to be taken care of a head of time, so I paid via our bank’s bill pay. That was it! All other wedding details were handled by phone.

The day of the wedding could not have gone better! It truly exceeded my expectations. We had such a great time! Sheryl was so welcoming and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. The champagne was a wonderful touch and did in fact keep us a little warm ;). We ended up staying until dark taking pictures but Sheryl was wonderful and stayed with us the entire time - in the cold no less! I will never forget her blowing bubbles! She was all smiles and laughter and every time I turned around she was there offering to hold my coat, or my glass. I am grateful that she made this day possible!

This place was beautiful! I absolutely loved having my wedding here and I am glad that I trusted my instincts and went with the first place I saw. The gardens manager Jay is AMAZING! My only complaint was some of the rules and stipulations were not made clear and there was some confusion about times. Also, the wedding coordinator Betsy was not existant when I was planning my entire wedding. The only saving grace was Jay! He made my experience wonderful!! I highly recommend this venue.

BEAUTIFUL place!!!! If you are looking for an outdoor wedding it is very well taken care of and overall a good price, You could make it very casual or make it very elegant very easily. A few problems: to purchase an insurance plan, hire 3 parking attendants and police officer, promised a clean up time and not given any, no place for bride to get ready, not allowed to have things that will "tear up" the grounds (tents etc...)

We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
