Meadow Wood Acres is a wedding venue located in Morrice, MI, just a 30-minute drive away from Lansing, Flint, and Howell. The venue is situated on 40 private acres that provides natural picturesque scenery to capture beautiful photos on your special day.

Our venue offers a gorgeous vintage style barn that is temperature controlled with farmhouse tables that seat 150, chandeliers, bar with two fridges and freezer. The barn adjoins two pavilions with paved patios and string lighting. Couples have the option of two different ceremony sites to choose from. One is a unique garden style open air ceremony site, and the other is a natural site that backs up to the woods. Both sites offer wooden bench seating for 150 guests. We offer a groom's room and a spacious temperature controlled bridal suite.

Couples are given the weekend to create the wedding of their dreams. On Fridays Meadow Wood Acres staff assist the bridal party with the rehearsal at one of two of our ceremony sites, as well as set up in the wedding barn. The bridal suite is available for 12 hours, beginning 9 AM on Saturday. The wedding barn is available for 15 hours from 9 - midnight. Couples may remove belongings by 11 AM on Sunday.

Couples receive support leading up to the ceremony which include greeting all the vendors as they arrive. Throughout the reception, Meadow Wood acres staff is onsite staff to guide guests, answer questions, set up/tear down catering area, clean up, remove trash, clean and restock restrooms, and tear down/pack decor.

Prior to the wedding couples meet with Meadow Wood Acres staff for a coordination meeting, to review the details of the weekend.
