Inside the barn, loved ones can enjoy the natural light, vaulted ceilings, and openness of the 20,000-square-foot reception area. The eighteen chandeliers add an extra touch of romance to the space. This historic barn, which features climate control, has two floors and is wheelchair accessible. The first floor features a dressing room, lounge space, restrooms, kitchen prep space, and an area for buffet tables. The upstairs portion of the barn is where the reception takes place or it can host an indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather. Meadow Brook Barn can accommodate up to 300 guests indoors. There is also an open-air patio and bonfire pit overlooking the farm where guests can mingle.
The staff at Meadow Brook Barn works with your chosen vendors to ensure the day is a success. Couples have the option of renting the facilities for one day or two, depending on their needs. The team can provide table decor and linens along with tables and chairs for the reception. They also offer a selection of chairs that can be used for the ceremony. The barn is located near a number of cities in both Michigan and Indiana. Kalamazoo in Michigan and Fort Wayne and South Bend in Indiana are between 40 minutes to an hour and a half's drive away.
