Incredibly disappointed! Your wedding day is a one in a life time event. There are no re-do's. I do not have one picture of one of my ring bearers, there is not one picture of my bouquet, there is not one decent picture of the wedding party nor a picture of me with my girls. When I sat down to discuss my wedding and expectations I had expressed the key points that were important to me. 1. I wanted to own these photos and have them given to me on a cd/drive. 2. I wanted them photo shopped to make everything look perfect and have a fairytale feel to them and 3. I was going to use a photo as my Christmas card and going to give them as gifts. He stated that all of this would be accomplished. NONE of them were. I texting him over and over again asking where my pictures were without response. After receiving the proofs stated that I would have to purchase the pictures from him at an additional cost. This was NOT told to me during our meetings. He stated that the only thing I would get is 250 4x6's which I still haven't been able to get. I expressed that the photo's look amateur and where was the "artistic touch" he claimed he had. I have had to tweak these pictures myself. I was married on October 11th, I did not receive my pictures until 12/30. I was not able to do the Christmas card I dreamed of or give out pictures books to family as Christmas gifts. The pictures that I received once my husband gave him additional money on the drive are less than impressive and didn't include the pictures from the rehearsal dinner. I have hundreds of pictures to go through and edit before I can even try to begin doing anything with them. No idea why it would take 70 days to give me photos when you do nothing but transfer them on a drive. Out of the 1000 pictures given only 50 are usable. This photographer is NOT a professional and should perhaps stick to his day job.
