We visited McLoone’s Boathouse for lunch and decided this would be the perfect place for our fall wedding. The restaurant is located next to a large lake with picturesque views of the fall foliage, it was the perfect backdrop for our outdoor wedding ceremony. Joan was our banquet coordinator, she was amazing and very helpful with a lot of the details. We had our reception in the Potomac room which was the perfect size for our 75 guest. They offered a wide variety of food selections for the cocktail hour and reception. Everyone at the wedding was raving about hour great the atmosphere and food were. We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at McLoone’s and will be coming back often for lunch and dinner. We recommend this venue to anyone who wishes to have a wedding in a non traditional banquet hall.

We live near McLoone's and knew we wanted to get married here, but were really pleased with how much we got for the money. The food was amazing, the service was top notch and Janice was really helpful throughout the process.

We got married in front of a roaring fireplace in a beautiful room with lovely vaulted ceilings. We got tons of compliments on the food and the staff was great. They cheerfully accommodated my son's special dietary needs.

Janice went above and beyond the day of the wedding. She helped so much when our wedding had to be changed from outdoors to indoors in 24 hours due to rain. She was amazing to work with and everyone at the venue was so nice and attentive. Janice and Heidi were really responsive answering all my questions leading up to the wedding. I wouldn't had changed a thing about the venue, everyone raved about how great the staff and the food was. There was so much food and every single thing tasted delicious and the portion sizes where big. The staff at the open bar got our guest their drinks fast and the waiters kept making sure everything was just perfect. The location was just beautiful as a backdrop for pictures as well. I would highly recommend Mcloone's Boathouse and Janice!

We were looking for a location to have our wedding shower and have always been fond of McLoone's. We worked closely with Victoria and she was amazing!. She helped us with menu selections, ideas for table settings and extra's. On the day of our wedding shower, Victoria was very helpful, attentive and the staff was welcoming. The food was top notch and our guests still talk about the sangria. Our guests had a wonderful time and we will definitely consider McLoone's for other events.
