We worked with Tracey and Andre for our offsite wedding and had an amazing experience with them. Their team communicates openly and easily throughout the entire process and they are open for all of the customizations that would make your day true to you. Tracey acted as our day of coordinator and made us feel so at ease and like she could handle anything the day throws at her. All of our guests raved about the food that came out fresh and exactly as we asked for. I would highly recommend working with Andre's for your wedding!

WOW! Tracey & Andre are THE BEST caterers you could ever have. We had a choice of caterers when booking our venue (The Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds). We met or had phone calls with the other options for caterers, but were truly floored when we met Andre at a bridal show at the Conservatory. He was making up a dish using just a hot plate and it was phenomenal. I knew that if we hired him for our wedding that the food would be incredible. My now husband, who didn't really care too much about a lot of the other 'wedding planning' choices that were made, was ADAMENT that we go with Andre's and I am glad we did! His opinion is that wedding food typically stinks, and I agree that it does. Through the process, we got to meet his wife, Tracey who is the general manager and is the person we worked with the most to go over logistical items, liquor, the menu, etc. She even offered to make up a menu for us to have at the wedding reception, no charge. They both really did a lot for us and you can tell they really care about what they do and about making their customers happy, both at their restaurant and their couples. They go above and beyond in so many ways and helped us navigate through a COVID wedding, ensuring everyone's safety while providing delicious appetizers and an incredible 3-course meal. Tracey did a fantastic job decorating our venue. We received so many compliments because of Andre's. The day of the wedding, the food was out of this world--even though we have eaten their food before, we were still blown away by how FANTASTIC everything was. As expected, we were running around trying to talk to everyone that came to our wedding, but we always felt like we had an eye on us by Andre's wait staff. We wouldn't be seated for more than 5 seconds before a plate of hot food was placed in front of us, or Tracey was asking if we needed a refill on any drinks, or literally anything. Tracy also anticipated our needs at all times. While I was briefly in hiding having my dress bustled, Tracey rushed back several plates of appetizers and a beer (I seriously love this woman) for me to chow down before getting thrown back into the crowd, knowing that I probably wouldn't get the chance to have any appetizers otherwise (and yes, she was right). They even used our own honey from my brother's bee hives to create a lot of the dishes that night. Dessert was amazing- my husband doesn't like cake and we were having a fall wedding so we had apple crisp with a side of homemade ice cream and raspberry drizzle, my grandmother would've been proud! They made us feel so special and for that I am forever grateful. If you want a caterer that has a huge heart and an extreme talent for making absolutely delicious food, book Andre's. We had our micro wedding of 25 guests at Andres and it was PERFECT! Everything about the day and experience was amazing. Tracy is amazing to work with. She is very helpful and patient and worked with me to ensure we had everything we wanted. The ambiance is outstanding. We had a beautiful fall day and it was picturesque! ALL of the food is amazing and everyone has been talking about it. You really can’t go wrong with anything you get to eat there. All in all it was a great experience. We are very happy with the way the day turned out and the service we received.

My husband and I were married at Andre's last weekend for a small wedding of 16 people. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tracey, her husband Andre and their staff. My husband and I had to unfortunately postpone our large wedding that was scheduled as a result of the pandemic but we decided we still wanted to get married anyway with a small intimate ceremony and celebration. Tracey was amazing helping us coordinate our small wedding at Andre's in a short time frame. The team followed appropriate safety measures and precautions as well. We and our guests were extremely impressed by the level of detail and thought that went into our day, how kind everyone was and most importantly the food! Everything was absolutely delicious, a week later and we're still thinking about it. I seriously cannot recommend Andre's enough and we are looking forward to hosting our rehearsal dinner at Andre's next year. Thank you team!

I was just married at the conservatory this past weekend and I saved this review for last because I knew I would be leaving it in a few places. I cannot say enough about Tracy and Andre's work and commitment to satisfying their clients and guests. I knew when I read the reviews for this caterer that I would be picking them to cater my wedding. For an entire year, Tracy had stayed in contact with us, going over all of the details for the wedding, and as my wedding came closer we communicated more frequently. There was a point in time where my venue was without a coordinator, but I did not even need to panic because Tracy stepped in and kept everything flowing smoothly.

I had made and delivered boxes of decorations for my wedding and I was honestly a little nervous that I would not be there to set anything up. When I walked into the venue I could not believe everything was set up and Tracy had stayed in contact with me the morning of my wedding to make sure everything was to my liking. She has taken on the task of making everything look beautiful. Throughout the day, before, during, and after the ceremony, through the reception and up until closing- she was ON task- I do not think the woman broke a sweat. All of the food came out in a timely manner, the salad was delicious- bread was amazing, and food was SO fresh. Our guests had so many positive things to say. The cake was great- we actually started eating our cake topper bc we simply cant wait a year lol, and people were downing the mousse shots all night lol. I can honestly say that if we had not went with Andre's I do not think I would have had the dream wedding I was looking forward to. Andre and his team did an outstanding job with the food and Tracy was a miracle worker. I highly recommend using them for your event. Thank you Andres! We will be back for dinner !!!

My advice: Book this vendor for your event, before someone else does and you are closed out. We had a very pleasant experience, and the staff are professional, responsive, and move with quiet competence and efficiency, They are pleasant and smile sincerely, and they clearly enjoy seeing their guests have a nice time. That I recall their names---Madison, Cat and Joya....more than 2 weeks later..says it all. The food and service is top notch; everyone wanted to take the dessert leftovers home. This will be my first choice for future events and catering.

Anyone who has dined at Andre's knows that it is an experience to remember; their attention to detail is renowned and above reproach. While planning our wedding reception, we wanted our guest to have this same experience, while being able to enjoy it with them. From the beginning, Tracey and Andre took every detail into consideration; thus making the planning process stress free. The food was exquisite and the service was impeccable. The brownie bottom chocolate chip cheesecake wedding cake was stunning and delicious. And Tracey was there every step of the way making sure everything was perfect!
