Kenna is the wedding planner that you NEED for your wedding day. She is incredibly fun, extremely organized and makes you feel like your wedding is the only one she focused on. She was always extremely easy to get a hold of, very helpful with recommending vendors and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Our big day was absolute perfection and I know that’s because she was making everything happen behind the scenes and keeping everything on track.
Thank you Kenna for being the angel we needed on our wedding day, I want to do it all over again just to work with you again!!

Watching Kenna run this wedding was amazing. She is so composed and always on point. Nothing rattles her and no matter what is thrown at her she handles it with grace. Kenna herself comes looking professional and beautiful.

McKenna is the best! She is extremely talented and creative, she has a wonderful attitude and is extremely easy to work with. She brought my dream wedding to life with her attention to detail and expertise! My day was stress free and perfectly executed because of her and I am forever grateful.

I feel compelled to write an honest review for the sake of all brides out there. For starters, Kenna's Full Service Planning is not as advertised. Between me and my husband; we created budget sheet, tracked invoices, and deadlines. Upon reviewing invoices, we found quite a few mistakes that Kenna made such as ordering incorrect furniture. We also found mistakes in our timeline. Please continue to read regarding day of coordination mistakes. We were disappointed in the florist that Kenna recommended but I cannot dive into details about the florist and their business on this review. Kenna was not helpful the morning of my wedding. When we asked the venue why no one was helping with the ready room, umbrellas, issues we were having - they mentioned usually the wedding planner arrives in the morning to help with the room switch, ready room, etc. Kenna arrived BY HERSELF with no team or team member at 2 pm - 2 hours before the cocktail hour to setup. She had my friends and the venue working in overdrive to finish the wedding set up. She was also texting me right before my ceremony asking where the decor was. I was in tears throughout the day out of pure stress. One of my guests' took a hard fall in the rain as she ran to and from the lobby to help facilitate our ready room requests. Kenna left at 7:30 pm without saying bye or helping me coordinate my reception dress change. My friends ended up organizing a car service, umbrellas, and leaving the wedding to help me steam my dress etc. In total - she spent 5 1/2 hours on our wedding despite her "full planning service" saying she would spend up to 8 hours. Kenna never took the time to get to know us, our story, nor compliment us. From beginning to end, she was disconnected. I've never felt more disappointed and I strongly encourage everyone to save their wedding day by going a different route. The next day our stomachs were in knots over how disastrous anything we relinquished control over to Kenna was.

I have given McKenna a 1 star only because I was unable to give her a 0. She was the "planner" for my daughter's wedding which turned out beautiful but only due to our own efforts. My daughter paid for the full planning package and barely got the day of service. McKenna did very little leg work for the wedding, my daughter made all of the contacts and arrangements. The day of the wedding was almost as pathetic, the bridesmaids and I were running around most of the day trying to take care of last minute details when we should have been enjoying the day with the bride. She was not only unprofessional in her actions, her appearance was not what I would consider appropriate for a wedding; she was dressed in a tank top and what looked like yoga pants. She and her large crew of one (her little sister) did not arrive in time to help set up but she sure had time to run around and take pictures to later post on social media. Much to my surprise I looked for McKenna after dinner and she had already left, I guess not truly surprised as she was not very invested in the wedding. My middle daughter was married a year ago in Flagstaff and had a much less expensive wedding planner who was there from the time we arrived until she helped us pack up our cars after the reception was done. She was not a full-service planner but even helped her up to the wedding way more than McKenna helped as a full-service planner. If you are looking for a stress-free wedding by a planner who will take charge and make sure everything gets done McKenna is not the girl for you. I honestly wish she would not have shown up that day as everything would have gone just fine, maybe even better, as I was told we did not walk down the aisle in a coordinated manner. Plus, she left the presents and cards (thousands of dollars worth) outside in an open field instead of taking them inside before she left, which was part of her “service”. Her biggest contribution was picking up the Crumbl Cookies my daughter ordered, which she refused to do at first as she apparently does not have a license to handle food. I assume that is why she was not able to set the cake out for our guests. She was a total waste of money and did nothing but add stress to an otherwise perfect wedding.
