Maya's is a GREAT value. The guests really, really loved the food - and since I am originally from New Mexico, our guests had high standards! We had chicken mole and chile rellenos along with lots of sides, and it was really delicious. The service on the day of was also impeccable. The only reasons I didn't give a straight 5 stars was that it was sometimes hard to get ahold of them in the months before the wedding. But in the end everything was perfect and for the price, they really can't be beat. For those who may be concerned about the rather offbeat choice of having a Mexican buffet for a white wedding, our guests thought it was wonderful! They loved the buffet format because they got to tailor it to what they wanted, and many said the food was much, much better than traditional fancy wedding food. I would hire Maya's again in a heartbeat!
