I don't know what these other people dealt with, but I am also a wedding vendor and KNOW when I get a quality person!! Jen went over and above and helped me even set up my casual wedding timeline (for 20 family members). She was clear, communicative and set us up with IAN! He did a fabulous job, and we have a crazy family! Ian was funny, put us at ease and turned out the most gorgeous photos. Literally my husband and I were floored with how they turned out. SO PROFESSIONAL, so timely, so flexible and kind. I would 100% recommend to anyone - even if you plan your wedding from out of state. You can count on Jen!!

Jen spears wasted a day of our trip to Hawaii she stole our money and never provided us with our photos. It is February now 2018 we had our photos taken October of 2016. She has not returned our money or provided us with our photos. Buyer beware Jen is nothing but a low life scam artist

I booked two photo sessions with Jen several months prior to a family visit to Maui. I reserved two specific dates/times for a family sunset portrait session and a family sunrise portrait session. Deposits were eagerly accepted. From there, she was impossible to reach and left us hanging after we arrived on the island. I had booked a makeup artist for hair and makeup for both sessions and Jen had not bothered to secure a photographer. She lied and said that the surf was too rough for photography. She expected the 8 of us to sit around for a week and wait on her and see if she could find someone to photograph our group. Thankfully, our makeup artist contacted Maui Beach Weddings and Events and secured a top-notch photographer for our original dates/times. I received in two weeks fully edited, GORGEOUS pictures of my group/family!!! Worth it. Jen would not refund my deposits and it took two months from the time I filed a claim through my bank; however, I received a refund. Do NOT book with this company. TOTAL SCAM artist/company. She's on the take!
