Our wedding was at a clubhouse in town on the lake, so we needed to book a caterer. We have been to other events that Mattars and Macalusos have catered, and the food has always been top notch. This was on area that we didn't shop around, we knew from the start we would be using Mattar. We dealt with Mattar personally, and he was beyond helpful. He helped out with everything from food selection, and they handled alot of the decor for the wedding as well. The food was top notch, people are still raving about it months later! I did not have one thing that wasn't amazing, and our guests still tell us it was some of the best food they have ever tasted. We were also especially impressed with the service we had day of. They brought a whole team of servers, bartenders, maitre'd, cleanup crew, etc. You would have thought this was their own facility, everything was so seamless. The food was actually prepared at our wedding, not brought pre-cooked, and you could immediately tell the difference.

We used their provate room downstairs for our rehearsal dinner....they have their own private bar and elegant room downstairs....Hannah and Mattar were fantastic!
