Having our reception be a giant dance party was really important to both of us - Mathias DEFINITELY delivered. He's not your standard wedding DJ (which was a pro for us), so probably not the right fit if you want to open with the classic "Shout". But for us, Mathias was perfect. He played a really diverse set that made everyone want to dance their faces off.

Seriously what can I not say that's positive about Mathias? I was really picky about choosing a DJ for my event. I didn't want the typical "wedding DJ" or someone who was going to play a lot of typical corny music. I wanted someone modern, who could keep the party going. HE WAS PERFECT. I mean he can play everything from pop to hip hop to salsa. I think the only time people stopped dancing was to get a drink or go to the bathroom. I had 3 friends after the event come up and ask me for his information because they wanted him for a future birthday/wedding/event. A DJ is your whole atmosphere for the event. DO NOT craigslist some cheap DJ. Mathias is worth every penny.
