Taking a moment to shout out for your assistance!!! We had a mystical outdoor wedding and with all the vibes we were dreaming. Appreciate all vendors recommended were great and so flexible when our parents selected other caterer and you work it to make it happen. Everything run so amazing and our after party was awesome. Again thanks for making it dreaming.

All vendors and wedding party complained about the wedding planners and other vendors such as the MC had to step in and run the wedding. First of all, they were very unresponsive and disappeared after our first in person meeting and only contacted me again to ask me to pay the final balance a month before the wedding. Then, when they came up with the program it had a lot of mistakes as if they were not listening to what i had indicated in our meeting. One of them was also very anxious and not tracking well what I was saying. She kept asking for the same things that had already been clarified. A week before the wedding the vendors needed the program and I did not have it yet and they were not answering my text messages. Fast forward, day of the wedding, they are texting me that I did not get them food so they would have to leave at some point to eat. I had actually gotten them food included and paid for it, but they could not figure it out on their own and I have to clarify for them as I am getting ready. When I got to the venue, the object were the rings were going to be carried was missing, the Bible to be used for the ceremony was missing and they had not alerted me or tried to solve it. They did not know what the walkout order was for the wedding party despite being there at the rehearsal when it was made. I also took instant cameras for guests to take pictures and they ended using only one because one didnt have batteries despite me preparing them beforehand and adding extra batteries in the box provided. They did not do much they were taking pictures of people at the wedding with the instant camera, but that was not needed as we had a photographer. At some point they also disappeared and I did not know where they were and the MC just had to keep running everything. To be fair, I did pay for a partial wedding planning only since I had already planned most of the wedding. However, if that is how it is for partial coordination, then this is a service they should not offer as it was subpar! Wedding party, vendors, Groom, and Bride... we were all very dissatisfied with the service. I sincerely do not recommend.
