I’ve used Mike for two bit functions (going away party and a wedding), and both times, he was incredible. My advice? Tell him what you want out of the night and just let him do his thing, because he understands the vibe in the room more than anyone I’ve ever met. Our dance floor was never empty!

Mike did an amazing job at our wedding! Guests complimented the music all night and we had so much fun. He did an amazing job transitioning between songs that were crowd favorites and kept the energy up. We absolutely recommend him for events!

We used Mass Bay DJ for our New Year’s Eve wedding. Mike was reliable, well experienced, and most importantly fun to work with every step of the way. Mike is a seasoned professional who knew our venue and the coordinator extremely well. The wedding coordinator said when she sees that Mike is doing the wedding she can rest assured that it will run smoothly. He rolled with our last minute changes on more than one occasion and provided the perfect amount of announcing and speaking without it being too much. The value of his services far outweighed the cost. We’ll use him again and again and you should too!

Mike at Mass Bay DJ made our wedding unforgettable. Once dinner finished no one sat down the rest of the night because he was playing all the right music to keep the party going! It has been a few weeks since the wedding and people are still talking about how great he was with his song selection. We did not curate a specific playlist for Mike, just gave him eras and genres of what we liked and he took it from there. I cannot recommend Mike enough for helping us throw the best party!

Mike/Mass Bay DJ was really communicative and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process! At the end of the night we got so many compliments from our wedding guests about how great our music was. Mike was able to create the perfect dance playlist just based off of a short list of songs I shared with him - we stayed on the dance floor the whole night! Working with Mass Bay DJ was the absolute best choice we could have made for our wedding! They came highly recommended by our wedding venue and it was evident why from the first phone call we had with Mike . Talking with Mike from the start, he put any and all our concerns at ease. It felt like he really got who we were, the kind of wedding we wanted, and how to keep our guests and the party rolling the whole night just from speaking on the phone. After that, we were sold! The planning process was a breeze and everything from payment to the planning form was so simple. Jacob was our DJ for the big day and to say he crushed it would be a massive understatement. He was a great MC for the moments we needed him and he played just a phenomenal set during the reception. We had guests ages 20 to 70+ and Jacob's set kept the dance floor full and people dancing from start to finish. We got so many compliments from our guests for our great playlist, but it was entirely Jacob's doing. He took the planning form, a quick phone call the week before the event, and reading the vibes of our guests live and nailed it! So many of our guests said our wedding was one of the best they've gone to and a huge reason for that was Jacob and Mass Bay DJ!

Mike and Jacob were both fantastic to deal with! Even with some technical difficulties, they were quick to remedy and not a single thing was out of place. Both Jacob and Mike were professional around every corner, and always pleasant and patient. Would highly recommend!!

Words cannot describe how amazing and positive our experience with Mike and Mass Bay DJ was for our wedding! From the start of the process with the initial vetting phone call through to the final details meetings Mike was extremely communicative and answered all our questions. Going into the day of our wedding we felt assured that our requests were heard and understood and felt we were in good hands with no need to stress. From the very beginning of our event, our expectations were exceeded! Mike's equipment was set up an ready to go the day before our event, his MC duties were executed perfectly and with great care for what we had requested, and above all else his music playlist throughout the wedding was top notch. Once the dance floor opened up to all the guests it was packed the entire night and the energy was sustained because of Mike's excellent song selection and creative transitions. He took our must play songs and built an incredible playlist around them. We had so many guests comment on how much they enjoyed our DJ! It truly was a highlight of our wedding.
