Our ensemble Marka has been playing in the USA and abroad for the past 17 years and have recorded 5 CD albums. We play a variety of fusion world beat and eclectic Latin music originals as well as cover Latin, Salsa, Bachata, Caribbean, funk, Latin jazz, rock, Brazilian, Andean, Peruvian, Colombian, Puerto Rican and Cuban music to keep your guests and friends thoroughly entertained throughout your wedding.
We are a seven piece band with members from Uruguay, Peru, Cuba, the USA and Puerto Rico. Our instrumentation includes Electric and Classical Guitars, Panpipes, Bass, Keyboards, Piano, Venezuelan Cuatro, Brazilian Cavaquinho, Silver flute, Sax, Drum set, peruvian cajon, Congas, timbales and Bongos plus a large array of south american indigenous instruments.
