Their work is gorgeous, but just in talking with them, they seemed like people we wanted to be friends with. They were absolutely endearing and they always seemed so excited to work with us. Candice has such a great energy, that you can’t help but be excited about anything she talks about. She was incredibly cooperative in working with our budget, and was so helpful. I am incredible grateful that she was so willing to work something out for us.
Mark was also great to work with. He has a very laid-back and relaxed vibe (which is apparent in his pictures). He put us at great ease during our engagement session, and even stayed longer to get extra shots. And on the day of the wedding, he and his associate photographer, Jeremiah, were awesome, and made us laugh a lot. Everyone at our wedding said the photographers were incredibly friendly and my mom had nothing but praise for the guys. They were so willing and accommodating with all our requests, but still were able to do their own thing, so that their trademark shots still got through.
I’m not even go into detail about their work, because you can see for yourself how beautiful the images are. I spend hours going through their website and looking at other people’s wedding which they post. These are strangers and yet I still feel like I know them personally. Mark’s pictures just emanate a feeling of familiarity and closeness. I love it!
I love that it never felt like a business transaction. It felt like they were our friends who were hanging out with us. They were always super quick in responding to phone calls and emails, and crazy quick in getting pictures to us. It’s been less than a month since our wedding, and already I’ve been told that they mailed us our disk of images yesterday.
Choosing Mark Brooke Photography was the best decision I made. We are both incredibly happy and feel lucky to have found them. I wish I was getting married again just so I can hire them again.
