Marissa Ann Photography is like a treasure. They know what they are doing and do a really great job capturing the magic of your event in each and every photo.

While our wedding hasn't happened yet (43 days left!!!) we are so blessed to have Marissa as our photographer. Instantly her demeanor and responsiveness set us at ease. She is a perfect balance of professional to where we can trust her with the nuts and bolts, but also personal and friendly enough that we feel comfortable putting our wedding memories in her hands.

Marissa's photos are to die for. As I look back at them over and over again I cry, because they are so beautiful...

My husband and I got married on May 1st, and were able to work with Marissa for our engagement photos as well as photography for the BIG DAY. She was so, so flexible with our crazy work/life schedules and made sure that conditions were optimal for our engagement shoot. She suggested beautiful areas that she was familiar with and our pictures turned out to be amazing. We were so excited after seeing those that we couldn't wait to see what she could do on the big day. We requested two photographers for the wedding day photography and Marissa complied. She got coverage from "dressing" to "getaway" and we are so happy with the way all of our photos turned out.
I was not able to use Marissa for my bridal portraits, and was a bit disappointed in the ones I had done. On the wedding day she was sure to snap quite of few for me and now I've also got bridal portraits that I'm very happy with. We can't thank her enough and would recommend her work for any big event!

Marissa shot our engagement pictures, my bridal portraits, and our wedding pictures. Each photo session, I was more than pleased with her work! Marissa was everything I was looking for in a photographer. She was organized and prepared: she always came to the location early to check out the area and had ideas ready for poses. She was great with communication: she responded quickly to any emails I sent (which I sent quite a few!). She was flexible: it rained the day of our engagement pictures, but she thought of a perfect alternative location! She had reasonable prices, which even included a second shooter at each session. She has the perfect personality as a photographer: she knows how to make you comfortable and how to make each shoot fun. She got our pictures back to us in a very timely manner. And best of all- the pictures are GORGEOUS. Seriously, I couldn't be happier with the way they turned out. I'm so happy Marissa was there to capture all of those memories!

Marissa was awesome! She was very organized and on top of things the entire time we worked with her. She replied quickly to all of my emails and requests.

Our wedding was supposed to be outdoor ceremony and reception but a cold front blew through and we had to move the reception to a tent. The week before it said it was supposed to rain, so I emailed Marissa and asked if we could just embrace it and do some fun shots in the rain. She was totally on board and said she'd include some extra props and stuff for no charge! It ended up not raining, but it was super cold and Marissa and her assistants were troopers and did such an amazing job despite the cold.

She was always around and easy to find whenever we wanted certain shots and everything turned out beautifully! You can't even tell it was only 36 degrees from the photos!

I would highly recommend Marissa to anyone! She is super talented, has an amazing eye, and is very professional and easy to work with.

Picking a photographer for our wedding was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. But when we met Marissa, we knew that she would be perfect. Marissa is an amazing photographer and such a pleasure to work with. She captured priceless moments from our wedding day. She was very organized and got our pictures to us very quickly. I really appreciate her and highly recommend her. In fact, she is even doing a shoot for my sister.
