My husband and I cannot recommend the Marion Hatcher Center highly enough. Everything was absolutely perfect for our day! We reserved the whole house for our wedding reception, so our guests had room to wander and be comfortable. The flow of the floor plan was perfect, our guests were able to move and mingle with ease, and we were able to have two bars set up, one in the main ballroom and one in the room next door so there was never a long line for drinks.

The chandeliers and decor of MHC is stunning, which made decorating easy. MHC has large beautiful windows which let in lots of light during the day, The grand staircase in front is perfect for pictures, and there is an elevator for any guests or vendors.

My husband and I were planning our wedding from out of state and Robin worked with us every step of the way and was incredibly kind and encouraging and made planning our wedding much less stressful. She worked amazingly with our team of vendors so we had a smooth and perfect day!

The Marion Hatcher Center was the perfect venue for us! We loved the atmosphere and it made our day lovely!

I am so glad we looked at this venue because my fiancé and I knew it was the one right away. The building is gorgeous and has all kinds of neat rooms for different parts of the wedding (food, bar, etc.). Your guests don't feel like they are confined to one room. It's 3 stories with the bridal suite privately on the 3rd floor and the grooms all the way down at the bottom. (Main floor is 2nd floor.) The only downfall I could see is that there is no restroom on the floor with the bridal suite so make sure you are prepared before you put that dress on!

There is also an adorable area outside with gazebo if you want to get married outside and then go in the gorgeous ballroom for the reception.

Mrs. Robin Walker has been wonderful so far. She took time to sit down with us and discuss details before we even committed. She followed up with me the very next day- not to be pushy but to tell me how she's looking forward to working with us. The best part- she is extremely flexible. Many older home-type venues are so picky and particular about being ever so careful to preserve the place. But Marion-Hatcher allows use of all the antique furniture there (to an extent, of course, as they seem to trust people and don't seem to have been let down) and are just so flexible and willing to work with you on any aspect. That alone made my fiancé want to go with them even if it weren't for the gorgeous venue. People like Mrs. Robin are hard to find these days. :)

I was a member of the bridal party at a wedding and I was extremely impressed with not only the building itself but the hard work and dedication of the event coordinator, Miss Bea. She worked tirelessly to make sure that everything came together for the bride. Miss Bea was extremely patient with the all of the obstacles that ocurred and she worked so hard, tying loose ends and fixing issues that were overlooked by the bride.
The venue itself is aged to perfection. It has its own charm, and even the most unskilled photographer could grasp the most breathtaking pictures because of the exquisite architecture. The pictures don't do it justice. It is a must see!

Mrs. Bea was so helpful to me on my wedding day. I appreciate all of her help and my wedding turned out beautiful. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding.

I absolutly loved having my wedding at the Marion Hatcher Center. Ms. Bea made my wedding amazing. She was professional and really felt like a wedding coordinator - which is what i needed from her. She handled the other vendors for me and i couldn't have asked for a better location and set up.

I chose the Marion Hatcher Center as my venue because it allowed me to have the ceremony and reception in one location. I also chose it because it was beautiful. The house was incredible! Working with Mrs. Bea, the leasing coordinator, was great. She at times can be a little hard to get a hold of, but she was great and treated me like family. She acted as day of coordinator for the wedding and helped us with the ceremony. I am so glad we had the wedding here!

Bea Whiley was the best person to work with. She made your wedding planning so much easier and less stressful! She helped with anything and everything! She was there on my wedding day atr the reception making sure everything was going perfect.

The Marion Hatcher Center was everything I wanted in a venue. Robin was amazing! She was so helpful and flexible with what we needed. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. It had everything you would need for a indoor or outdoor wedding.
