What Kind of Makeup Do You Use?

Each of our makeup artists have products of choice and are in charge of their own kits. Each artist carries hypoallergenic, all natural makeup to fit each clients needs. Brands most frequently used - Jean Diane, Mac, Bobby Brown, Urban Decay and many more.

How Do I Reserve My Wedding Date?

To ensure every bride that her wedding date is reserved and give her peace of mind we do contracts.

What Is A Hair and Makup Trial?

Marigold Scott comes to you for your hair & makeup trial. The purpose of the trial is to get familiar with your stylist and create your look. This is a good time to have pictures of hair and makeup, your dress, & have your veil to try on. Your trial run hairstyle will be done with less product than on the actual wedding day just in case your stylist needs to alter anything to achieve your desired look.Once we have accomplished your look we will take a photo and remove all hair pins. Your makeup trial will be done in two parts. One half of your face will be done in one look and the other half in another look so that you have two applications to compare. When you have chosen your final look we will take a picture and give you a makeup removing cloth. Remember that your trial is a rough draft but you should be feeling confident in what you will look like on your special day.

How Long Does A Trial Run Take?

A trial run usually takes 2 hours depending on how many hair and makeup looks you are wanting to try. We normally do two hair and makeup looks.

Can Your Staff Service A Big Bridal Party?

Yes! We have multiple stylists that are availble to assist our lead stylists with any number of people needing hair and makeup services for a wedding.

Where Are You Located?

We are strictly "On Location" servicing Central Florida. Our mobile teams come to you for the upmost convenience for your trial, wedding day or special event.

How Should I Tip My Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist?

Usually 20% or more if you liked the service. You can leave a tip in cash or credit during checkout with the lead stylist.

What Form Of Payment Do You Except?

We accept Cash or Credit (Visa, MasterCard & Discover) in advance or the day of.

Will My Makeup Last Throughout My Wedding & Reception?

You Bet! We use special makeup prepping products as well as priming products throughout the makeup application process as well as ending with a finishing spray that will help lock your makeup in place and prevent separation even in the hot humid Florida weather. We do not offer a touch-up kit because you won't need one. We do the work so you don't have to.

What Can My Bridal Party & I Do To Prepare For Hair Styling On My Wedding Day?

We prefer that everyone washes their hair the day or night before, but if you have to wash it the morning of we ask you to have it dry before the stylists arrive because drying hair takes more time and is considered an additional service.

What Can My Bridal Party & I Do To Prepare For Makeup Application On My Wedding Day?

Be ready with a clean, makeup free, moisturized face. Make sure you give yourself at least a week to heal from any eyebrow waxing or facial.

How Long Does It Take For A Makeup Application?

We like to give ourselves at least 30 - 45 minutes per person depending on skin condition and false eyelash application.

How Long Does It Take For Hair Styling?

We like to give ourselves at least 30-40 minutes depending on the length and thickness of the hair we are styling.
