Marie was incredibly helpful, flexible and a wonderful person to work with. We got nothing but positive feedback from our guests and they made just the right amount of everything. On top of that, the cost was very low in comparison to other catering services. Get the cornish game hen and scalloped potatoes!

Marie's Southern Comfort is amazing! Marie is wonderful as is her staff. The food was absolutely delicious- all of the guests were raving about it. Her GUMBO is to die for! I was seriously salivating just thinking about it in the months between our tasting and the reception.
Marie was always quick to respond and happy to oblige. She was always happy to help when something needed to be changed or added at the last minute. I would highly recommend Marie's Southern Comfort for all your cajun catering needs!

My 50th Birthday Bash was very important to me and Marie got that from the very beginning and worked with me with that at the forefront of her mind until the very last piece of trash was thrown out. Her vision is always creative and beautiful but she never overpowers her client with her own ideas. I enjoy and admire her ability to convey her vision, capture the clients vision while always maintaining her charming "southern grace"!

Everyone at the party commented on her beautiful presentation was and of course on how good the food was. ....And the cake....OMG...nothing like it...so delicious and rich...if I close my eyes tight and smile I can still taste it...Death by Chocolate....and it was beautifull to boot. I'll call her for my next ocassion without a hesitation!
