My fiance bought my engagement ring here, and I went for service twice. First, I lost a stone in the band, which they replaced for free, quickly, with no questions asked. Second, I lost weight and needed to have my band resized. They did it for free, and my ring was back on my finger in 20 minutes. So far, I am very pleased with their service. Malidani Jewelry gave us a great deal on our wedding bands because my fiancé bought my engagement ring from them. However, they didn't size my fiancé's finger, which caused us to go back and order a new size. Instead of swapping them at an equal exchange, they charged us an additional $100 and treated us very unprofessionally. I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service at Malidani's. Instead of treating us well after spending so much money with them, they tried to make a quick buck every chance they could.
