Makeup By Marinelli is a professional make-up artist based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Owner Katie Marinelli discovered a love for makeup when she offered to help her college friends with their hair and makeup. After graduation, she struggled with some skin problems and rediscovered makeup as a way to bring out her inner beauty. She began doing hair and makeup for her friends’ weddings before deciding to become a freelance hair and makeup artist. She has been working in this field for over six years now and enjoys bringing her clients’ visions to life.

Katie did an amazing job with hair and makeup for our wedding day! I had a large wedding party and was nervous about getting behind. To help ease my stress Katie brought along someone to assist with hair and we ended up being ahead of schedule, which is unheard of! I was also back and forth on the style I wanted and Katie was quick to tell me what would work with my hair type and length and what she thought would look best with my dress and veil! Last minute we added my niece and my mom to get a little work done, but not much and Katie added them no problem and did not charge them the full amount which was amazing! Also for getting airbrush, Katie’s price was great! None of my bridesmaids were worried about paying for hair and makeup, it fit into everyone’s budget and they were all happy with the results! I can’t recommend Katie enough!

Katie was great!! She really listened to my desires and I showed her some pictures of what I was inspired by for my hair but let her have control. She did a great job making me feel so very beautiful! Her rates were very reasonable! Thanks for making me feel so great on my wedding day!!
