Years of training in customer service, couples therapy and event coordinating has prepared her to be the ideal assistant for any event you're planning!

Growing up in South America, I had a rich fusion of cultures surrounding me: Caribbean, British, East Asian and Latin American. So, all of these influences gave me a unique insight and appreciation for bold flavors & cuisine varieties.

After coming to America, I took all that my diverse heritage had to offer with me and made it into one of my life's passions. My years of formal training helped me further develop my craft and refine my food presentation skills. Now, my greatest joy comes from seeing the smile on people's faces as a couple comes together with their loved ones and tastes our exceptional food and experiences our world-class service as they celebrate life and love.
