Our original wedding was canceled due to COVID-19 back in 2020. The original wedding was in Florida and unfortunately, we were not able to recoup most of our original investment. Fast forward to 2021 and we began planning a smaller event locally in NJ. We realized early on that it could be beneficial to have some help specifically with coordinating and Magnolia West Events was one of the companies we found online. We had an incredibly tight and uncompromising budget due to the previous wedding falling through and at first glance, Danielle seemed to be out of our price range. I almost didn't reach out because it seemed like a waste of time. I'm so glad that I did. Danielle was phenomenal. She ended up handling the week of coordination as well as flowers and the day of coordination. Danielle was able to help navigate and negotiate multiple vendor contracts and ended up saving us enough money that it actually covered her entire cost. I can't stress enough how good she is at what she does.

The wedding itself was magical. My wife was completely blown away by everything. Danielle turned our "second choice" wedding into a significant improvement over our original plans. She is an absolute rockstar. I can't stress enough how much she saved us in terms of money, stress, and ultimately helped provide our dream wedding. Thank you so much Danielle!

I hired Magnolia West Events to help bring my wedding vision to life and keep things running smoothly leading up to my wedding and day-of and all I can say is WOW. Danielle was an absolute godsend - from keeping my venue on track so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing leading up to the big day, to FLAWLESSLY executing my vision of a French countryside / garden wedding (in what is normally a very “traditional” ballroom no less!), and making sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect from beginning to end I cannot recommend Danielle and Magnolia West Events enough. She was super sweet, incredibly responsive, and worked with my budget. We actually hired her maybe a month or two before our wedding and got so lucky she was still available - my only regret is not hiring her sooner. Hands down the best money we spent. I could go on and on but the pictures really tell the story - she designed, coordinated rentals, worked with my other vendors, etc. She does florals too and did my aisle decor and staircase which were absolutely breathtaking. Danielle at Magnolia West met with us multiple times to learn about our vision and preferences for our theme, centerpieces, decor, and bouquets. She listened to what we wanted and did a great job of meeting our wishes on a budget. Danielle was also incredibly creative in designing our flowers and centerpieces. They were gorgeous! Our guests kept remarking about how lush and colorful they were.

Danielle and her staff are amazing, I have worked with her as a bridal coordinator at the salon I work at, so when it came to my big day I thought "who is going to take care of all the little details, if I am busy getting married??" lol Danielle was the girl for the job, she was on top of everything, even the last minute hiccups that the popped up that church, she had a solution for everything. She made everything that I wanted to happen that day, happen! My husband who thought I was crazy for hiring Danielle in the first place said to me at the end of the night, "I don't know what you paid her, but she was worth every penny!" He is getting smarter by the minute!!

My husband and I could not be happier with our MagWest services. From developing a theme to invitations to coordinating everyone on the day of, MagWest was so helpful, professional, and creative. Danielle truly made our special day unique, incorporating my husbands love of Halloween and Mexican Skulls seamlessly into our elegant wedding. (No easy feat!) MagWest had incredible contacts for vendors, amazing design ideas, and kept this bride stressfree! I will hire this company for all my events in the future, and hands down this was the best money we spent on our wedding!

The event was actually a communion but that was not one of the choices in the drop down menu. Danielle did an absolutely fabulous job. I could not have been more satisfied. She did EVERYTHING for us. There was nothing I had nothing to do but wait for the party. We have a bit of an unusual theme for a communion. We had a rock and roll party. The decorations that Danielle made were great. The room looked awesome. She even lined up a band from the School of Rock to play for us. Couldn't be happier.

I live out of town and had Magnolia West provide the table settings, decorations and centerpiece flower arrangements for our party. It was wonderful to arrive at our event and have everything all set up and looking perfect. They did a great job! I would definitey recommend them to others.
