I have a severe food allergy and they made sure both the airlines and resort were aware of it, which made the experience better. They were quick to respond and always kept us updated of any changes / payment information via email and regular mail. They took care of all of the details and it definitely helped out with keeping the stress at bay. Also, travel agents are free to use (since many of my friends were confused with that), so why not use this organization to make your planning less hectic?
