Wonderful experience!! Can't say enough good things about Macy's in general. Ordered my dress at the Salon in Chicago - had it shipped to Minneapolis for alterations (wedding in MN). The manager and the alterations woman were both incredibly fabulous to work with. I felt they cared about my dress just as much as I did! They made sure the fit was absolutely perfect. And they never rushed the appointment. I was traveling from Chicago for the fittings and they were so flexible and helpful on scheduling. I would highly recommend Macy's for all things bridal!

This store was so great fora last minute dress find. Smaller company said they couldn't get the dress in time, but the girls at Macy's took the time to call the dress vendor and made it possible for me to get my dream dress

My experience finding my wedding gown at Macy's Bridal Salon was exceptional. Pat worked with me with diligence, patience and was so much fun! I trusted her with one of the biggest purchases of my life! Everyone was so nice and encouraging and so easy to work with. They took into consideration all of my desires and needs and the alterations turned out BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend - wonderful experience here!
