Jamee was so great, and I couldn’t have pulled off the wedding without her. She thought of everything and took care of all of the details. She is wonderful to work with.

We hired Mackenzie Smith Events for my daughter's June 2024 wedding. I was looking for someone to be a "day-of" coordinator to allow me to enjoy the day with family and friends. Jamee was so much more! She really began communicating with us immediately by providing vendor recommendations and answering all of our initial questions. She started working with us on the details about six weeks prior to the wedding including a site visit to the venue for our final walk-through. She listened to the concerns my daughter and I had and made suggestions to help us make decisions for the day. Most importantly, she allowed me to be truly present in the moment of the day by taking all of the worries and details off of my hands. She and her team made sure the day ran flawlessly from picking up lunch for the wedding party, coordinating and handling the tips for all the other vendors, handing out the glow toys for the dance floor and arranging the grand exit. Jamee with Mackenzie Smith Events is incredible! It was important to me and my fiance to lock in a wedding coordinator at the very beginning of our wedding planning process. From the beginning, Jamee was an incredible resource - and friend! She offered suggestions, recommendations, referrals - anything we needed as we worked through the planning process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Jamee was my 'calm in the storm' - helping to solve any last-minute issues that came up and constantly reassuring me our day would go smoothly. The weekend of the wedding, Jamee and her team was everything we needed and more! She was calm and collected and solved any issues that came up so we could enjoy our day! This included wrangling and coordinating all vendors, handling an 18-person wedding party + 11 flowergirls/ring bearer, 5 shuttles, 150 guests.. no small feat! If anything went wrong on our big day - we had no idea. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we could not have done it without Jamee! My only regret is not just hiring her to plan the whole thing :) I cannot recommend her enough - thank you, Jamee!

Jamee and her team were the bomb! I thought in the beginning I could plan my own wedding but after moving into our new to us home and trying to start up a business it proved to much to do all at once. 6 months before I set my wedding I had almost nothing planning and she came in and saved the day!
