If people ask me what my biggest piece of advice is for a bride planning a wedding, hiring a coordinator is the very first thing I say! When planning my wedding, I was somewhat on the fence about whether I needed a wedding planner/coordinator. However, after reading reviews I heard that having a wedding coordinator for the day/month of truly helps with stress level as well as allowing your mom/mother in law, bridesmaids etc to enjoy the day with you instead of being in charge of random tasks, which really meant a lot to me. I found M3G events by posting on my venue Facebook page and being recommended by another bride who had just had Shannon from M3G events coordinate her wedding. Upon reaching out, Shannon was so prompt and helpful, and the best mix of professional and organized with a kind and personal interest in helping my wedding be the best day ever. She did an initial phone call where we went over my needs and the fit I needed in a coordinator. I was planning my wedding from Dallas and she was so helpful in going to my venue and meeting with my mom to go over my vision when I couldn’t be there in person. I did the month of coordinating package and it fit perfectly with my needs. Shannon and I communicated in some shape or form basically every day from a month out of my wedding and on. I had already picked my vendors but needed help with timelines, deadlines, and communicating with all vendors. Shannon did such a wonderful job communicating so clearly to all my vendors and going through the many questions and small logistics I had running through my mind. She left no detail out, and went above and beyond to help iron out everything I had come up with so it could be executed. Seriously, having a wedding coordinator brings the peace of mind every bride deserves. On the day of my wedding Shannon was there for every bit of it directing from beginning to end. My timeline was communicated to all vendors and bridal party etc. In fact, she took care of every detail and vendor that I hardly saw her until it was time for me to walk down the aisle as I got to stick in the bridal suite and enjoy my day. She went over everything so thoroughly before the day of my wedding that she was able to execute everything while I got to just be with my bridesmaids and mom. Everyone I heard from from my vendors to my bridal party said Shannon was the best coordinator to work with. I realized that planning a wedding is one thing, but executing is a whole other, and as the bride you want to sit back and relax while all your plans unfold.
