The Summerset team is the warmest and most professional team. We were nervous about finding a photographer we fell comfortable in, since my husband and I are on the shy side when it comes to photos. Since meeting Mack at a wedding event, we were instantly drawn to working with them. Since then, each person from their team that we worked with was incredible. The process starts off with a call where they get to know you and based on what you are looking for and wanting, they match you with a photographer that is a good fit. And they did such a great job matching us. We worked with Dominique as are lead photographer and had so much fun with her at our engagement shoot and on our wedding. For our wedding we worked with Dominique and Marcus for photography and Mack as our content creator. They made us feel comfortable and made sure we had fun throughout our wedding. Not only that, but they brought incredible energy. It only been a few days and because we had the content creator package, we already got an amazing video and previews of our photos. We have no doubt all of our photos will be incredible, and the videos that were captured were so special. They were able to find moments for us to connect with one another in the midst of a lot of activity. Could not recommend them enough.

Mack made the day of our elopement really special! We met him soon after we said “I do” and it was the icing on the cake. He took his time with us and did not rush. He was professional and listened to our ideas. He created the perfect memories. Mack has a great spirit and I highly recommend.

M28 Photography provided me with not only the best quality photos, but captured the essence and spirit of impromtu moments during our wedding that provided us with price-less memories. While they were very professional, and accomodating, what really stood out was the level of personal care and creativity in tailoring to our individual needs. Despite challenging weather conditions (it rained during my outdoor wedding), my photos came out absolutely beautiful with this team's direction. A++ rating. You can't get a better team than this.

After seeing Mack's work I had to book him! I cancelled my contract with a larger photography company for Mack and it was well worth it. My originally wedding date was set for mid-July 2020. Covid-19 hit us hard in March 2020 and caused me to posted my wedding to July 2021. During the early months of the pandemic, Mack reached out to all his brides and offered words of comfort and hope, told us he was still here for us and said he would accommodate as much as he could based on Covid-19 restrictions in the state and city.

I went from postponing my 250+ guest wedding to July 2021, to planning to elope at the beginning of July 2020, to planning a micro wedding (45 guest) in 2 weeks for July 31st, 2020! Mack was there every step of the way and with little directions he executed!!

I will be forever thankful and grateful to Mack for capturing all the love on my wedding day. When I received the photos and filming (wedding trailer and full ceremony with reception speeches) I was in awe and cried tears of joy. I didn't think I was going to be able to have my wedding in 2020, but I did and Mack beautifully captured it all!

I cannot say enough nice things about Mack and his photography. He is extremely responsive and easy to work with, was friendly, understanding, and flexible when COVID-19 interfered with our original plans, and his photos came out gorgeous. We were so lucky to have him with us at our City Hall ceremony. His pricing is very competitive and he offers a wide range of packages to suit your exact needs. Highly recommend!

We booked 2 photographers for 12 hours of work (paying for additional time), and 2 videographers. When I got my wedding album back, there were significant issues. The album did not contain standard wedding images that we discussed prior to the day ( there was not a picture of myself, my husband and my parents, pictures of me and my bridesmaids, picture of us walking down the isle where you can see our faces), there were major editing issues (i.e., there was trash is our first look photos, all of the pictures were slanted, and the edits did not reflect the natural skin tone of the party), and there were no portraits of me and my husband. When I emailed Mack stating my concerns about the album, his response stated that he stood by the quality of work, editing, and issues. He stated the reason for no portraits was the photographers ran out of time (they did not communicate this to us day of and we paid for additional time). Mack did not offer any reimbursement or resolution to the issues with our gallery and photos (i.e., another photoshoot). Me and my husband had to hire another photographer to try and recapture posed moments.
