Candace and Luis have been amazing to work with. We hired them for one of our pre-wedding events, and after looking at their work, I wish we would've hired them for all of our main events, except we had already prepaid. Their work is honestly amazing, and they both are easy to work with. Not only they have a good vision, but great direction. We hired them for both photography and videography, and both of them were edited well. I would absolutely recommend them for your big day.

Luis is truly a nice and warm person and I did enjoy working with him at the beginning of my wedding planning process. However, after our October 2019 wedding had ended, Luis's communication nearly stopped and I could not get a hold of him without multiple follow-up emails. I was supposed to receive my wedding video by early April per my contract, even gave him some extra time before following up due to all the madness of COVID, and it still took multiple follow ups and somewhat angry emails for him to even respond and say he was running behind. And even the timeframe he had given me after those emails, he was still delayed in meeting that deadline. I did not get my October wedding video until early June, nearly 7 months after my wedding. While I understand things happen, I wish he had at least informed me ahead of time things were running behind, instead of multiple emails to him without response. If he had notified me prior to let me know there was a delay, I would have totally understood. Instead, I felt like I may not have even gotten my wedding video had I not followed up. I could have been really cruel, said he breached the contract, but instead, I was just grateful for my video. And while the video was nice and I did enjoy it, it was a 5 minute highlight video in which I did not feel it looked like it took 7 months to make. Overall, I really like Luis as a person, but wouldn't use him for videography services again.

RUN AWAY! My wife and I got married last April. The contract states he will give us the videos within weeks. We recieved the videos in February 2019 only after I kept emailing him. He claimed he had a computer issue. The sample/teaser video looked incredible. When we recieved the videos they were horrible. The sound was not synced and at a very important part of the wedding he had the camera staring at a wall and missed it completely. He wont refund my money and I can't sue him because we are in two different states. He broke the contract and claimed he put 50 hours in to the terrible video so he wont refund. Don't be fooled by great sample videos and smooth talk. Precious memories were lost. RUN FAR AWAY. His Services were terrible.
