Behind the most incredible day of our lives was the most amazing wedding planner, Megan, making it all happen. Since the day we booked her, she scheduled meetings, contacted vendors, provided advice and ideas, kept us organized, created our invitations, answered all of our questions, and much more. Then come wedding day, she brought our entire vision to life. She checked in on us throughout the day, meticulously placed every detail, brought us drinks during photos, and ultimately became an incredible friend through the entire process. I seriously cannot recommend Megan and Ludic events enough if you want the most incredible and stress free wedding day that everyone will talk about for years to come.

Megan was an amazing wedding planner. I hired her for the petite planning package and she went above and beyond, there was nothing "petite" about the help she gave us. I had so many questions and didn't know about all the little details that went into planning a wedding. Megan was there for me through the whole process, offering her expertise and feedback about the different logistics of the day. Megan coordinated with the other vendors and worked well with them. Megan was a huge help when one of my groomsman's tuxedos did not come in on time. She was instrumental in finding an alternative tuxedo for him to wear last minute. She has a wealth of knowledge about all things wedding related, she also is great under pressure and is able to come up with alternative solutions when things go wrong. Megan worked so hard on my wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly and on time. She decorated our reception space beautifully and perfectly captured our vision. Megan also helped with making all the signs and seating chart, they turned out beautifully. After the reception ended, Megan packed everything up! She was so efficient, my family barely had to help with the clean-up process. I loved working with Megan, she made me feel like we were friends and she had my back no matter what. Our wedding was beautiful and everything I always wanted, and it would not have been possible without Megan. Thank you Megan!

We booked Megan through the “Petite Planning” package and cannot recommend her enough to all future couples planning a wedding!!! As a type A bride who had a very specific vision for my wedding and a tendency to want to do it all myself, this package allowed us to benefit from Megan’s expertise and professional connections while getting to research and select vendors on my own. Megan was particularly helpful in pointing out the small things we missed, as well as answering the hundreds of stray questions I had throughout the almost 2-year planning process. As of our Day-of-Coordinator, she made sure the day ran smoothly and was flexible when we wanted to make changes on the spot. She set up our decor exactly as I had envisioned and provided all of our custom signage. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped to quiet our fears and reassured us that she would not let us fail, and here’s the perfect example of how: When our wedding photographer literally didn’t show up (true story, unfortunately!) Megan took control of the situation, reached out to her professional network, and brought in an even more professional/kind/organized/experienced photographer (shoutout to tPoz photography) who created the most gorgeous memories for us to keep forever. Throughout the whole day, she made sure we stuck to the timeline despite the major bump in the road at the beginning of the day. Even after the wedding was over, she helped us navigate the financial and legal aftermath of the original photographer not showing up. Overall, we are so lucky and grateful to have had Megan on our vendor team. She is a true professional and if I had to do it all over again, I would pick Megan in a heartbeat! You will not regret hiring Megan with Ludic Events for your wedding.

Ludic Events was truly phenomenal. Megan and her staff flawlessly executed everything day of. From set-up to break-down. Megan is a true professional who will problem solve anything with you and provide so many resources. Access to Ludic Events rentals and vendor referrals was invaluable. Make sure to fully use the software Megan provides that timelines the entire day, to best share details across vendors. Highly recommend Ludic Events. Working with them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

There was a point in time where my now husband and I thought we could plan and run a wedding by ourselves. We were so so wrong.
When we interviewed Megan, I was enthralled with her relatability, and willingness to answer questions honestly, provide advice, and steer us in a good direction.
One of the questions I asked her prior to hiring her was if she would tell us if we had a terrible idea. I can't remember her exact words, but she said something to the effect of, "I always want to honor everyone's visions, and I will work to make that happen, but I will also be honest if I see a different way to approach it." I appreciated this because I wanted someone with experience to let me know if what I was asking would look good and be good and easy for everyone.
My husband and I were probably super challenging to work with because we didn't have any idea about colors, and we didn't really have many descriptors for how we wanted our wedding to be other than warm, cozy, and fun.
Megan KILLED it. She took our super vague descriptors and helped us to create exactly what we didn't know we wanted.
She helped us pick out the most beautiful table set-ups, worked closely with our florist, and just really made everything look so great. I wish I could pick a better descriptor than so great, but everything was truly just so absolutely great.
On a side note, we had a huge hiccup on the day of the wedding, totally unrelated to Ludic, and Megan immediately jumped into action. Her efficient, problem-solving, and calm demeanor helped us to stay focused and hurdle the obstacle. We honestly couldn't have done it without her.

Megan was my day-of planner, and she did a FANTASTIC job -- I can't recommend her highly enough. She is super organized, has an eye for detail, and was a very calming presence among all the craziness on the day of. Throughout the day, she would continuously check in with me to make sure I was doing ok. She was so good at keeping us on schedule that we ended up 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and had time for more photos of the two of us. And when we left that night without picking up some of the leftover food that we meant to take with us, she took time out of her day the day after the wedding to deliver it to us. That's how committed she is!

OMG hire Megan! She was wonderful. She was so organized and on top of things, and she was super easy to work with. She knew all the questions to ask, had great recommendations, and made our ceremony and reception sites look amazing. I was super hands on and anxious, but I knew she had everything covered, and I was able to really enjoy our wedding as Megan had everything covered.

These ladies went above and beyond and made my wedding day absolutely perfect. Megan and her team were nothing short of personal and professional from our first meeting. they made me feel as though all my dreams were possible and they answered questions regarding wedding courtesy as well. Ludic events always ensured that we did not feel as though we were burdensome and made us feel at ease. When it came to the wedding itself, they took all of my stress away and really just allowed me to enjoy the day. I have received so many compliments of the wedding and I keep saying that it wouldn't have been possible without Ludic Events. Absolutely best decision in the wedding process was hiring these ladies.
