I recently worked with Nicole to get rentals for my bridal shower in October 2019. She was so easy to work with and super accommodating! Specifically, she was very responsive to emails, worked directly with the venue to coordinate pick up & drop off, provided me updates via email as to when she dropped off the items, as well as followed up after the shower to ensure everything was ok. I cannot say enough positive things about Lovely Luxe Rentals! At first, I was skeptical about renting plates, glasses, etc. when the venue technically provided them. But my fiance really wanted a beautiful design from Lovely Luxe. Nicole made everything extremely easy, from providing suggestions about which collection to rent to what glassware and flatware went best with the plates my fiance loved, to easy delivery and pickup. We didn't have to worry about a single thing throughout the entire process and the rentals were beautiful. Nicole was super helpful, provided excellent customer service and quick responses to any of our questions, and was just all around wonderful to work with. If you are looking for something a little "extra" at your wedding and if you are looking for design that will really "wow" your guests - definitely rent your tabletop items from Lovely Luxe!
