We found Kara through some friends who raved about her and are so thankful we did ! We clicked right away ! It has been a long road together! We rescheduled my daughters wedding due to covid from sept 2020 to august 2021. Everything was seamless ! We were able to keep all of our original vendors partly I believe because they love working with Kara and they respect her. We had a few blips along the way. Kara kept me completely calm and most importantly kept me laughing!
Kara’s attention to detail is impeccable and she was able to make recommendations within our budget! The weekend was fantastic. We’ve had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to - need I say more!?

Where do I start with Kara and Love this Day Events? We planned, replanned, redid a wedding during the pandemic and she made the process easy, streamline, and fun! She is always professional, thoughtful, and has so many great ideas/thoughts as she has done this for a long time and knows essentially everyone in the wedding planning industry, so getting things done was easy with vendors/venue as she personally knew everyone. She is on top of EVERY detail - no detail gets past her!!! Above all, Kara is a lovely human, and I would 1000000000% plan another wedding with her. I feel so lucky to have had her as my wedding planner, and I recommend her for anyone looking for a nice, fun, detail-oriented and talented wedding planner.

Kara is the BEST wedding planner in the game! She was absolutely amazing and perfect during our entire wedding process - She is not only a supportive wedding planner but a supportive friend. During the pandemic, our wedding plans changing about a million times and she was amazing about finding alternatives and still making it the best day! She has so much grace and kindness that any bride would be lucky to work with her! She was the true MVP of our wedding - I couldn't recommend her more to any couple!

Kara jumped in to help us plan our perfect wedding in less than a year's time. She connected us to incredible vendors that she knows personally, organized countless timelines, and executed our vision seamlessly. As you know the lists never end with wedding planning, but Kara was there every step of the way to make us feel cared for and organized. When I was overwhelmed she was there to help me breathe and calm down. She is so incredibly punctual (down to the minute) so when I threw her the curve ball of not feeling well the morning of our wedding (thus pushing things back a decent amount) she adjusted and kept on going! Kara is an absolute gem! She is not only a fantastic planner, but a wonderful person. I honestly don't know where to begin because I have so many things I want to write.
First, our wedding turned out more magical than we could ever have imagined. Kara did a great job of listening to us and understanding our vision and what was important to us. She had great ideas for how to make the weekend even better. The end result was unbelievable and we were thrilled all weekend! Second, Kara made the whole planning process a breeze. There are so many vendors out there - it's hard to know where to start. Based on what she knew about us and where we were getting married, Kara suggested a limited number of vendors for us to decide between. It made the planning process simple and it all turned out amazing. She was right about each and every person we worked with! They were amazing. Kara was so responsive over the course of our entire year of anticipation/planning - which always put me at ease. Kara was also super organized and made sure that all of the pieces fit together. I never had a doubt that it would all come together knowing that she was at the helm.
Finally, Kara is an amazing presence. She is supportive and kind and just a joy to be around. We just loved spending time with her! I cannot recommend her enough.

In all honesty, I’ve been procrastinating this review because I don’t want it to end (but realistically, it won’t because we’re friends for life now). I love Kara so incredibly much. As a wedding photographer and a bride, she knew exactly what I was thinking at all times. A year of phone calls, emails, plane rides, tears, and triumphs, I can confidently say… look no further. You will be lucky to have this incredible STONG woman on your side. She was my rock throughout my destination wedding and there is no way I could have done it without her. She put herself first throughout every single situation and went above and beyond what I expected her to do. By the time the wedding day came around, she was just another best friend in the room with me. I’m tearing up right now thinking about how perfect our wedding day was and it’s all because of her. Kara knows everyone and holds fantastic relationships with each person she meets. She truly has a niche with the wedding world that not many people can handle.

Kara, you are such an inspiration to me. Thank you for taking care of Holt and I, we are forever grateful for your selfless being. You’re right where you need to be.

Kara is hand-down one of the best wedding planners around! She has an amazing eye for design, especially if you're looking for lux mountain/ranch (which I was); she has amazing relationships with vendors and knows the market really well so you don't have to spend a zillion hours researching and sending quotes; and she's just flat out NICE. Like craaaaaaaazy nice. If you're stressed out, having a bad day or something snags (because something will snag), she'll be there to fix things ASAP......all without losing a smile. Plus she goes above and beyond on everything - following up on questions, picking up things that need to be picked up, you name it and she's on it. At the end of the day, in hiring Kara, you're hiring a best friend and savior for what is the most exciting (albeit stressful) time in your life! I cannot recommend her enough!

OMG what can I say about Kara other than she is literally the best possible thing that ever happened to wedding planning? Kara is responsive, professional, she has great ideas, she is SO easy to work with, and she is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Kara nailed everything about planning my wedding and is so great that I even hung out with her for a few minutes during my own wedding reception! We worked together for about a year and a half planning my wedding and I can honestly say that it would have been nowhere near the wedding of my dreams without her. She knows her stuff and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. She is worth every penny and more.
