Brittany was amazing! She did an incredible job pulling our details and decor together. On the day-of, Brittany and her assistant, Ashley, were incredible at making everything go smoothly. By far the best investment of our wedding, which is saying a lot because everyone was great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don't know what we would have done without her.

Ashley and the love in mind team were amazing to work with! So attentive and caring and truly made our day way less stressful. Ashley worked with me on the timeline and made last minute adjustments as needed whenever I needed something changed. Her communication with vendors was professional and she helped me feel so confident in the process. On wedding day she helped everything run smoothly even with hiccups in the schedule and made sure we were fed and everything was taken care of for us. Brittany and Ashley with Love in Mind Design did an amazing job making my wedding my vision come true. I hired them for Day of Coordination for my 8/6/22 colorful camping wedding. We were totally off the grid at Rancho del Rio with no cell service, electricity, or water and they managed everything like the pros they are. My decor looked awesome and they handled a couple of vendor snafus just fine. None of the guests had a clue anything was up. I would 100% recommend Love in Mind Design for your wedding.

Brittany stood out from other planners because her description sheet is extremely thorough and transparent. Her pricing is a huge plus as well! The best part is she rents out decor and makes custom signs! I haven’t seen other planners do that! My goal was to provide as little as possible decor, so I don’t have to deal with it at the end of the night/next day/month/year! Haha…. She checked all my boxes and more!

I’m a planner by nature and profession (not wedding), so I asked Brittany a gazillion questions and what if’s scenarios. Not only was she patient with me, but she was already 5 steps ahead of me! I was blown away!

More than a year prior to my wedding day, I found Love in Mind Designs through the Brides in Colorado Facebook page and sent them a message. Brittany promptly responded and we scheduled a call for that evening. While talking with Brittany I instantly knew my search for a day of coordinator, though it had just begun, was already complete. I could tell that Brittany’s approach to operating her business is very similar to how I operate both professionally and personally. That is why I knew partnering with Love in Mind Designs for our wedding day of coordination was going to be the best fit for me and our wedding day. Love in Mind Designs has an impeccable attention to the details, is prompt to respond, goes above and beyond, and when they tell you “We’ve got this!” they without a doubt 110%, have it!

Since this is the only wedding I have ever planned, I don’t think I fully grasped the help I signed up for with a day of coordinator. A couple months prior to our wedding is when I really began working much closer with Love in Mind Designs on all the wedding day details. My Wedding Planner for our day was, Ashley. Brittany hit it out of the park hiring Ashley! Ashley knows the vision for Love in Mind Designs and she embodies it wholeheartedly! Ashley and I met so many times prior to the wedding, I lost count. She was always there for me whenever I needed her. Every meeting with another vendor, she was either on the Zoom call, before I could even connect or there in person, taking the lead and getting questions answered I didn’t even know to think of.

I get tears of pure happiness thinking about the week leading up to our wedding, because I always told Ashley “the week of the wedding I want nothing to worry about!”. Without Ashley I would have never been able to achieve the “worry-free week” I had hoped for. During the week leading up to the wedding, Ashley remained very communicative, reassuring, and incredibly organized. When I began stressing about getting in contact with the venue regarding completing the final review of the contract & final payment, Ashley was there immediately to help me make sure I got in contact with the venue, so I could begin my worry-free week. Ashley handled the rehearsal with ease and left me feeling confident that the day of the wedding would be the exact same.

On the day of the wedding, I knew all I needed to worry about was me. Ashley and Brittany had everything else covered. My transportation to the venue, recommended by Ashley, was right on time and my bridesmaids, mom and I had a blast on our ride to the venue. When we arrived, Ashley made sure our first look went unbelievably smooth. As we did pictures prior to the ceremony, Ashley and Brittany worked their magic making sure my vision came to life, with all the wedding decor. It turned out better than I could have even imagined. As we prepared for the ceremony, Ashley was there at the stairs with us timing everything perfectly and queuing up our DJ for my ceremony entrance song. After the ceremony, Ashley was there to hand us our drinks of choice and escort us to the marriage license signing, handling the license with extreme care after the signing. The rest of the evening was a whirlwind of fun and excitement! At the end of the evening, before we left our dream of a wedding, we made sure to give Ashley and Brittany a big hug and many thanks for their incredible work. When people ask me about the wedding, I talk about how it was like being in a dream, and how AMAZING Love in Mind Design was!

Wedding planning is VERY stressful, on top of the other demands life throws at us. Love in Mind Designs truly made life easier from start to finish. We live in Kansas City and held our wedding at my parents' home in Colorado Springs. While my parents were doing an incredible amount of work in their yard to create this event, we knew we still needed someone to help us tie everything together. Our caterer recommended Brittany and her team at Love in Mind Designs for our Day-Of Wedding Coordinator and it was the best money we spent for our event. We wanted our wedding to be pretty simple and didn't have a "vision" or many details planned out, but Ashley's (our coordinator) extremely thorough questions and input helped us put together something wonderful! Connecting via text, email, GoogleDoc sharing, and GoogleMeet sessions, Ashley was a master at coordinating between our different locations. She even took the time to meet with my parents in person (at their request) beforehand for coffee, as my dad wanted to get to know her! LMD provided lots of additional decor and signage which made the space beautiful. Ashley provided great services with her calligraphy skills and poster printing. She was incredibly organized with the ceremony and reception plans, coordination with all our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Ashley understood that my priority was to have fun and eat tacos, which her and her assistant executed effectively! Ashley and Shannon's quick thinking and actions allowed for a fast and smooth adjustment to Plan B after a downpour of rain nixed our outdoor ceremony. They effectively solved small issues on wedding day and frequently checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The overall experience was 10/10. We received innumerable compliments from guests on how impressive LMD services were. I’ve been pretty vocal in the past about how the wedding day “doesn’t really have to be the best day of your life” because we’ve had lots of other “greatest days” but I have to say, it actually might have been the best day. LMD made that happen! I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Colorado area!

Brittany was exactly what I needed for the day of our wedding. I was a little hesitant to get a wedding coordinator, I thought I could do it all myself. Definitely not true! Before the day of, she brought up so many things that I would never have thought about, she knows her stuff! On the day of, she was AMAZING. She helped make the day run smooth and did so many things behind the scenes. I'd highly recommend!

When my fiancé and I got engaged, we initially thought we could plan our wedding in Denver while living in Orlando. Boy, were we so wrong. After looking into hiring a wedding planner, Ashley and Brittany were by far the most responsive, honest, and genuine to talk to. We booked their partial wedding planning service, and it was by far the best wedding expense we paid for. Ashley was our main point of contact, and she was truly amazing! We met with her often though video to review budgets, vendors, vision, etc. She was so attentive to how we were doing, worked with our busy schedules, and was always so prompt. There were a few things to work through with our vendors, but Ashley handled them with professionalism and always had our best interest in mind. I cannot picture my wedding planning experience without her! When the wedding day was approaching soon, Ashley wrote out a very detailed Day Of Timeline down to the minute which was so helpful for everyone! On the day of, I felt nothing but relaxed, excited and pure joy knowing that she had handled anything and everything for me. Her and Brittany worked so well together to make our dream day come true! I cannot recommend them enough!

It’s been 3 weeks since our wedding and all of the praise goes to Brittany and, her assistant, Ashley! This powerhouse duo truly went above and beyond (and by beyond I mean they climbed trees to hang lights) to make every bit of my wedding dreams come true! Brittany had every detail perfected, down to the LED tables that I just HAD to have! One of the lights was out and she was SURE to get my money refunded for it! She kept my budget in mind (her budget tracker is every OCD woman’s DREAM) she kept track of every linen, every screw, and just made everything so special. She made me feel like I was the only one attending the wedding - she was attentive to me all the while orchestrating the bartenders, the guests, the vendors, etc. I truly need to write an article about the entire experience! I was floored. Still am floored!
Even post-wedding she kept in contact letting me know that everything was returned, we had a refund for tents and she continued to stay on top of that for me to make sure the return came through. She didn’t just wipe her hands clean the day after the wedding, she CONTINUED to stay in contact and make sure I was happy, my parents were happy and we are actually meeting for coffee soon to relive it all!
Brittany is direct and to the point and it’s all to make sure that our vision comes to life and that everyone stays in line! She is type A+ and it’s exactly what we needed to get the job done!
Brittany, thank you for being so wonderful! I pray that you continue to pay attention to the smallest details, continue to be direct and fair, continue to be generous with your time and continue to plan weddings the way you do now, no matter how famous/big you get one day! Truly, I didn’t lift a finger and I went from not wanting a wedding, to you holding my hand and showing me how wonderful and stress-free planning a wedding can be! (Well, stress-free for me! Lol)

Brittany and Ashley were amazing! I’m so thankful for everything they did for my husband and I on our wedding day. Brittany literally becomes your right hand, best friend and is there for you the entire day! Ashley made sure I ate and even cleaned red wine out of my wedding dress. These ladies are outstanding and if I made one right decision for our wedding day (besides marrying my husband) it was having Love In Mind Designs by my side.
