Miranda did a lovely job on my hair and make up for the wedding. Everyone commented on how beautiful it looked. She really knows how to make you pop for the camera and finds ways to highlight your best features. She's also super sweet and personable - it's nice to have someone who is easy to talk to and makes you feel calm, especially on a day as emotionally charged as your wedding day.

I had my wedding on November 11, 2017 and chose Miranda to my hair and makeup! I had 2 trials because I really could not make up my mind in how I wanted my hair and makeup to be. The day of the wedding was slightly different from the two trials I had bc I again changed my mind, but Miranda exceeded my expectations and did my hair and makeup exactly how I pictured it! She takes her time and she's amazing at what she does! My hair and makeup lasted throughout the whole day and I highly recommend her. She has a such a sweet personality and she's wonderful to work with! You'll love her!

Miranda did a wonderful job on the day of my wedding. She was recommended by a friend of my husband. I’m so happy that she did an amazing job. I had so many compliments that’s night. She’s very down to earth, personable, and easy to talk to. She is very skilled in her work and she listen to what I wanted. Her assistant helped with my mom and my bridesmaids hair and make up and they where all happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Loved working with Miranda for my wedding! She is excellent at communications, quick to respond to emails, and super organized. I had a really general idea what I wanted for my bridal hair, and sent her various ideas. From there, she was able to pick out the common themes that I liked from different photos and created a dream updo! We did a trial run and I let her know what I liked, didn't like, and what I wanted adjusted, and she took all those in stride and created an even better updo on the day of. She did my hair, 2 bridesmaids' hair, and my mom's make-up, all without running over time. She also had a colleague with her to do my other 4 bridesmaids' hair (she was also super on schedule). And let me tell you, my hair stayed in place from 7AM when she finished with me, all the way to past the after party! I got so many compliments on my updo and it looked great in photos. Thanks again for everything!!

Make-Up and Hair was one of the aspects of my wedding that I was incredibly nervous about. I don’t wear very much make-up and have had nightmares of my make-up being done professionally for other events. I mean, I love the drag queen look, don’t get me wrong- but I didn’t want to look like that on the most important day of my life!

My requirements were:

Someone that was talented in both hair and makeup (let’s be real, that’s a huge relief when you only have to look for ONE artist!)
Someone that had experience with Asian skin/hair. Filipinos are OILY! I needs make-up that would stay
An artist who not only fit my budget, but whose talent was freakin amazing
And lastly, someone who would listen to my wants/concerns regarding makeup/hair, consider my feedback and do their best to make me happy with the outcome.

For months, I searched across the web, even got into the far pages of google (page 10 guys, page 10) and was getting stressed with each passing day- I could not find an artist that fit my criteria. I was losing hope, but then I turned to Facebook for recommendations and Miranda’s name came up. With just maybe 1 minute of looking through her portfolio, I knew I had found the one.

During my trial, Miranda listened and quickly knew exactly what I was going for (natural tones, nothing too dramatic, etc). Guys- I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life! I loved my hair as well, but wanted to return for a 2nd trial for a different style. Miranda knew exactly what I was looking for and as soon as she brought the mirror to my face I beamed! Her products are top notch from the Airbrush make-up to the hairspray. She also gives you a little goody bag to help with any touch-ups- awesome! The goody bag consisted of a little jar of your exact lipstick, bobby pins, hairspray for any fly-aways, lip applicator, oil blotter, etc. Her 2nd artist that day, Caroline, also provided the same goody bags to my bridesmaids. Talk about going above and beyond!

How you look on your wedding day is a big deal, and Miranda makes sure you feel and look your best! Miranda was organized, responsive, and super accomodating to some of our last minute changes. I ended up being a little indecisive about my hair and makeup after the trial, and Miranda patiently took the changes and executed them flawlessly on the wedding day. We also added another person at the last minute and she was cool with it. We had a total of 7 people getting hair and makeup, and Miranda enlisted two helpers, which ensured we finished on time. She also gives you a touch up kit just in case. Also, her pricing is very competitive.

Beyond that, Miranda is such a sweetheart and made me truly feel like a princess! She really accentuates your natural beauty!! Thank you Miranda!!

Having Miranda be part of our wedding was just like having another family member there with us.

After my original MUA canceled on me a few weeks before my engagement photo session, my sister recommended me to Miranda. Miranda asked me to send her photo inspirations and on the morning of the engagement photoshoot, she turned me into a bombshell beauty.

For the makeup trial before the wedding, she took my feedback from the engagement photos H&MU and designed a bridal style for me that spoke "stunning" and "gorgeous!"

By the time wedding morning arrived, I was so exhausted and you can see it in my face - eye bags, lackluster skin. Months leading up to the wedding have been stressful on my body and I just needed to look my best on this one day. Miranda transformed my tired face into the bride I've always dreamed about. While I was sitting in her makeup chair, we chatted, I took the time to close my eyes and rest and she kept me calm and distracted me from getting too emotional about the long day ahead. It was just like having family there with me during this process. She has a calm demeanor to her and I felt totally comfortable with her.
