Chef Aaron along with his wife Jin of Louis Kingsely, an Atlanta based Private Chef Catering company provided the food for our special day. Both the bride and groom had the pleasure of choosing appetizers that were a reflection of themselves as a couple and individually. Phillip chose the Smoked Pork Potstickers w. Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce, and Veronica chose the Shrimp ‘n Grits Bites w. Smoked Tomato Aioli & Fresh Lemon, to pay homage to her hometown where fresh seafood is a major staple item. Together the bride and groom chose the Southern Pan-Fried Chicken & Waffle Bites w. Bourbon-Apple Syrup to showcase their playful side.

Needless to say, the guest RAVED over how flavorful the food provided by Louis Kingsley was! I can promise you that if we ever decide to have another event in the Atlanta area, we'll turn to Louis Kingsley! Thanks Jin and Aaaron for making the food provided for our wedding day absolutely delightful! My mouth is watering just thinking about all of the deliciousness that you cooked up!

Jin and Aaron were absolutely INCREDIBLE. From our tasting to the wedding we were constantly impressed with their responsiveness and willing to accommodate our requests. The food was incredible, we lost count of how many guests said they loved it. Even better than the food itself, they are so friendly and welcoming. They felt more like friends helping us during the wedding rather than a vendor. All around perfect experience, we've already recommended them to family and friends.

Hiring Jin and Aaron was probably our best decision. We are huge foodies and have serious foodies in our guest list, and people kept raving about how great the food was. Jin is really organized and in the weeks leading up to the wedding, asked me about details and logistics that I wouldn't have even thought of but were essential to everything running smoothly. Our wedding was a great success because of them!

WOW.... Seriously if I could give them 10 stars I would. Choosing a caterer was one of the most difficult aspects of planning my destination wedding... in spite of, or perhaps because of, the fact that I have been in the catering and events business since college, coming to a decision I was confident in was a big challenge. I have seen/done nearly everything as far as event food goes and I wanted my own wedding to be special so I put a lot of pressure on myself. And since we were paying for everyone's lodging in the mountains I also had to stick pretty rigidly to the budget.
From the very first conversation with Jin I knew I was on the right track. Not only did she put me at ease instantly, she found creative ways to wow my guests that even I hadn't thought of. She listened and understood what we wanted and stayed within my budget.
Most of our guests are or were "in the biz" and they were thoroughly impressed... Chef Aaron not only gave us great food with a genuine farm-to-table feel he also gave us the family-style experience we were looking for.
Imagine having a 5 star meal in the middle of the mountains next to a rushing river with stars glowing overhead.... unreal right? Well that's exactly what Aaron and Jin provided to us. It was a pure delight.
And at the end, once the cake was served and everything cleaned up, and at our insistence, they even joined in on the fun!
Jin and Aaron you guys are amazing... we cannot thank you enough for being a part of our love story. The genuineness, passion, professionalism and true joy you both brought with you is unmatched. The whole night was magic.

We love Louis Kingsley and could not be happier with how they catered our spring wedding. From the beginning of our experience with Jin and Chef Aaron, this tag team couple was amazing. Jin was so on top of every detail of our wedding day (menu, staff, run of show), and was always impressed by how much attention she gave us throughout the process that lasted from November 2015 to May 2016. Jin's level of service was a 5 out of 5 and she made sure that on the day of the wedding I had nothing to worry about. She organized the catering team and bar tenders who all did an amazing job and were so attentive to all 175 guests attending. Chef Aaron's food was incredible, and so many of our guests told us it was some of the best wedding food they've had. Our buffet menu included delicious salmon and pork, orzo salad, veggies, potato au gratin and salad, and they were able to execute a buffet for 175 guests. I would highly recommend Louis Kingsley if you want quality service and delicious food on your wedding day. Thanks to Jin and Chef Aaron for everything—you truly exceeded our expectations!

I would highly recommend Louis Kingsley Catering and Events to anybody looking for a high dining experience, great service and communication, and personal and friendly professionalism to accommodate your needs and preference. The overall experience I had with them was excellent from inquiring of their menu and pricing, to getting to the location on time, to having incredibly delicious homemade food from scratch that shouts chef quality, to satisfaction of all guests across the board. I am so grateful for their service, heart, and excellent quality food! Thank you for making our teachers appreciation dinner an incredible night with OUTSTANDING FOOD!

So being that I am a chef myself and actually cater weddings at my club regularly, my decision for our catering company was not taken lightly. What I didn't understand though was how well taken care of I was going to be on my big day. Jin and Chef Aaron spent many days with us not only planning the actual food for our event but planning contingencies, helping us organize ourselves (considering we did not have a planner) and help keep us on course to the final date. I was worried about a number of issues and they were addressed and done very well. First, I am Italian and my wife is Mexican; when I went for the tasting with my new mother-in-law and she gave me the nod for the Mexican portion (she is incredibly critical of food..... even when I cook) I knew we were on track. And, we even provided them a few traditional Mexican recipes which were done very well. The next piece that had me nervous was the worry of the food being not of the same quality as during the tasting, this was not the case... it was spot on in all aspects.

I even remember my mom mentioning the fact that Chef Aaron, who had never met my mother, stopped and checked in with her because I am a spitting image of my mom. To sum things up, this was one of our best decisions during our wedding planning, they were over the top fantastic and did an amazing job with the catering, planning, cleanup, and organizing.

Hands Down our favorite vendor of the day, and we had some great ones. Chef Aaron and Jin endeared themselves to us from the very first interaction. Their love for life and food is contagious, for sure.
We switched things up a time or two, and they were gracious to roll with it. The food for our early afternoon wedding was a most delicious brunch; with the best ham and gouda potatoes ever. Oh . My. Biscuit bar? Perfection.
I also fully appreciated that Chef came out to check with us to see how things were going, and Jin made sure we always had what we needed. Such a sweet spirit.
Don't waste your time with any other caterers. The price, service and food CANNOT BE TOPPED.

Jin and Aaron did an absolutely amazing job catering our wedding for 200+ people. Jin is the most enthusiastic, fun, awesome caterer I can imagine. She made the process fun and exciting, she loves her work and it really shows. During cocktail hour, Chef Aaron was flipping waffles on the patio as he served bite sized fried chicken and waffles with bourbon syrup. Huuuge hit with my friends, especially the yankees who came in from NYC and didn't know what southern fried chicken is all about :) The beef bourguinon and shrimp and grits were also a 10 / 10. We had some issues with buses being delayed with traffic, our day-of wedding coordinator showing up with an infant and mostly just taking care of her baby and not doing her job, and a few other things...Jin was our saving grace, she set everything straight, delivered incredible food and service. Jin and Aaron, I can't thank you enough.
