5 Stars all around! Olivia owner of Livvymarieweddings.com is the best wedding planner, she truly cares about her couples! We have been working with Olivia for about 2 years, and she helped to create our vision into reality.

Thank you so much Olivia! You were amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns. From the first email contact the service provided was excellent, professional, legal assistance with marriage license, bride hair and make up, photos and all other requests were arranged and fulfilled as agreed. On our big day, we have had the nicest ceremony that you could imagine.

You made our wedding day beautiful and more than what we expected!

We booked Olivia around March/April this year for Full Service Planning with a few a la carte services (brunch and bridal shower). Unfortunately, we recently had to terminate her service. As a couple that had no idea what to do or plan a wedding, we were looking for a planner that would help us get together a checklist and timeline of when things needed to get done (i.e., when should we send STDs, when should we rent a suit, etc.). Despite multiple conversations with Olivia and thinking we were all on the same page, we never got a personalized checklist/timeline and found out that she had a different understanding of a timeline.

I greatly appreciated that Olivia was willing to meet with us more often than her other couples! We would meet and run through one another tasks that we agreed to complete before we met. However, I noticed many of the tasks assigned to Olivia weren't completed by the date we had agreed. For instance, my partner needed recommendations for dance instructors we asked for them at the beginning on July and gave her until the end of the month, but he didn't receive anything until August (after he began expressing concerns and considerations regarding terminating the contract).

Olivia was graceful enough to provide us with a full refund of our deposit. Even though in her contract she only needed to provide us with 90% of the deposit. I wish we didn't have to terminate the contract but we weren't left with much of a choice. We were given the choice to terminate with a full refund or continue working with Olivia but would've had to pay a fee for any additional vendor recommendations. We were already over our budget and would not have been able to afford having to pay for such a fee.

Unfortunately, it just wasn't a good fit for us. I know there are a lot of couples that Olivia has helped in the past and they were happy with her services. She is a truly exception human being and I do wish her all the best!
