I bought the engagement ring here and the woman behind the counter immediately approached me and asked if she could help, I was dressed in ripped jeans and a t-shirt but i felt like she would have treated me the same as if I had worn a 3-piece suit. I even had my prongs tightened in WA state last summer by their parent company Fred Meyers at no extra cost: it was all covered by the warranty.
