I really enjoyed my initial conversations with Lisa and she was great to work with onsite. However, after almost 5 months since our wedding, we still have not received our photos! She was expecting a baby 4 months after our wedding, so we've tried to be flexible, but she assured us that would not interfere. All we've seen so far are 80 pics of us getting ready. I've had to spend a lot of time following up with her via email and phone to get responses, too. At this point, we are considering legal action. If you do hire her, I'd strongly suggest getting her to commit to a deadline by which you receive your photos and do not pay the entire fee up front.
