Wedding planning can be stressful and difficult, but hiring Lindsey Ford as our photographer was the easiest and best decision we made. I am convinced that she is a goddess or a fairy godmother because I don't know how someone can be as talented, kind, and caring as her. We first met with Lindsey Ford at the beginning of 2019 to see if she was available for our wedding in June 2020. Thankfully, she was, but she was a little bit out of our price-point. We contacted a few other photographers to try to stay within our budget, but we ultimately decided that our wedding photos were something that we were comfortable splurging on since we would have those photos to look at for the rest of our lives. The decision also came down to a couple of things: 1. Lindsey's photos are SO magical and breath-taking. We couldn't find any other photographers within our budget who could produce the level of quality that Lindsey can. With Lindsey, you are 100% getting your money's worth (and then some). 2. Lindsey is so easy to talk to, and she is full of so much information. When we had our first meeting with her, we felt more at ease than we had with any other wedding vendor we had met. She is incredibly friendly, and you can tell that she just wants everyone to be happy and to feel comfortable being themselves. 3. She is very responsive. Most of the time, she would respond to my emails within the hour that I sent them, even if I sent them at a weird time of day. I don't know anyone, in the wedding industry or not, who's that responsive. An example: a few days before our wedding, we found out it was going to rain. Our photos were going to be outside, so I frantically emailed Lindsey to see if she had any advice. She responded 18 minutes later with helpful tips and reassurance that everything would turn out perfectly. And she was right - everything turned out perfectly even with the rain. 4. She is SUPER flexible. It first started with us wanting two separate engagement photo sessions since we wanted some pictures in the winter and some pictures in the fall. She didn't flinch at all at this. In fact, she encouraged us to do what we wanted and seemed excited to take pictures of us in the snow. The winter session was deemed our "mini" session, and we did not pay much at all for it. However, it didn't feel "mini" at all since we got back hundreds of beautiful photos. She also made us feel so comfortable the entire time that she took photos of us. We never once felt awkward or uncomfortable, if anything we felt happy, romantic, and silly the whole time. We never expected getting our photos taken to be so much fun, but Lindsey made that happen. And you can tell from the way we look in our photos that we're genuinely happy. She really can capture genuine love and happiness. Fast forward about a year, and we had to change our wedding plans due to COVID-19. Lindsey was extremely patient with us as we postponed our wedding not just once...but twice. Our end result was a small, intimate wedding in December 2020, and we will be having our originally planned big wedding in 2021. Before we even came to that decision, Lindsey had already offered to move to our new date at no extra charge, and she even offered to photograph our intimate wedding for free. Like, what? After all of the stress and tears and craziness we had been through from changing our wedding so much, that act of kindness from Lindsey meant so much to us, especially considering that her business--like all other wedding vendors--was negatively impacted by the pandemic. And guess what? The photos she took of us on the day of our intimate wedding are INSANE. They are heart-stopping, magical, dreamy, romantic, and genuine - everything we wanted in our wedding photos and more. Plus, she gave us our preview gallery the day after our wedding (yes, THAT quick of a turnaround), and there were at least a hundred photos in that preview gallery. I didn't think I'd care that much about how long it took for our photos to be ready, but being able to enjoy our photos while we were on our honeymoon was really something else. I don't think I could have waited much longer to see our photos. And she finished up our entire gallery only 20 days after our wedding (on Christmas Eve - best Christmas present ever). Now, time for the best part about hiring Lindsey: She was a god-send on the day of our intimate wedding. Like, literally heaven on earth. I was very stressed out and anxious the morning of the wedding, and I was so worried that I would forget something or that something would go wrong. But Lindsey helped me relax and feel comfortable. I was particularly stressed out right before our first look since I was running a little late, but Lindsey was super calm and collected and kept telling me it wasn't a big deal. Was it actually a big deal? I have no idea, but what I do know is that Lindsey is amazingly good at getting rid of all of your worries while doing everything she can to adjust and stay on schedule. When it comes down to it, the best thing you can have on your wedding day is peace of mind so that you can actually enjoy your day (and so that you can look genuinely happy and not stressed out at all in your photos)! Lindsey can, and will, ensure that you have that on your wedding day. I highly recommend hiring Lindsey Ford to be your photographer. It will be the best decision you make for your wedding.

Lindsey is a GODDESS!
Lindsey is a GODDESS. She is not only absolutely incredible at her job, but she is extremely passionate. It is a joy watching her work and let out squeals of excitement as she captures each beautiful moment. My husband and I both hate getting our picture taken, but the moment we met Lindsey, we felt completely at ease. She makes you feel so comfortable (which isn’t hard because she’s an awesome person) and never once did we feel forced into a pose or situation. She truly makes getting your photos taken fun. After our engagement session with her, we could not wait until our wedding; she feels like family. We could not imagine our wedding day without her. Now, onto her pictures. OH MY GOD. Literally everyone asks us who took our wedding photos because they are all STUNNING. She told us that she would send us a few pictures soon after the wedding while we wait for the rest of the photos. Within 24 hours of our wedding, she sent us a gorgeous gallery of almost 200 photos. This woman spent the entire day with us and then went home and edited her little heart out. For us, selecting the best photographer was vital. When you hire Lindsey, you not only get the best, most incredible work, you also get an amazing individual and friend. My husband and I actually referred to her as our Wedding Fairy Godmother because she makes all of your wishes come true. We will be using her for any photography needs in the future and encourage anyone looking for a photographer to look no further because there is no one better.

Lindsey is so amazing.
She made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable during our photoshoot. She also got our photos back to us in a timely manner, which was much sooner than I had expected.
