Facilities and Capacity
The facility at Lilydale provides approximately 10,000 square feet of flexible event space. With this spacious venue, you can accommodate groups as small as 30 and as large as 500 or more. Your reservation with Lilydale entitles you access to the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge, climate-controlled comfort year round, and ambient and controlled lighting to set just the right mood for your special event. Couples and their guests will also have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the multiple ceremony sites, landscaped gardens (which provide the perfect backdrop for stunning wedding photography), walking paths, and ample parking. Lilydale also includes a lovely foyer and parlor which is perfect for a cocktail reception or casual gathering area for guests.
Lilydale provides lots of valuable perks to couples who choose to hold their wedding event at the facility. With your reservation, you are guaranteed 60-inch-round reception tables with chairs, white tablecloths and napkins for up to 300 people, ceremony seating for up to 300 people and use of the outdoor ceremony sites (if you choose an outdoor event). It also includes an on-site supervisor and staff for the day of the event, setup and arrangement of reception tables and chairs prior to the event, 16 hours of bartending staff, pre-arranged time for rehearsal, and post-event cleanup.
