I would not recommend this florist to anyone. Very unprofessional from day 1. Nothing we asked for was written down and the proposal and contract had horrible structure. She kept trying to impose flowers that my wife didn't even like or wanted.
We are completely dissatisfied with her work as her clients. Super overpriced for a poor quality job.
Her lack of professionalism caused her to not order enough flowers that we wanted, which were pink roses. We gave her access to our pinterest board and nothing matches what we wanted. My wife and I were very sure from the beginning that we wanted Pink Roses and Eucalyptus as our primary flowers. The eucalyptus was not even the one she wanted. She wanted silver dollar.
Lily Les Plantes charged me extra money and even requested it on Zelle for her mistake of not ordering enough roses.
The day of the wedding she dropped the flowers and left when she was supposed to stay to transfer a ceremony arrangement to the sweetheart table. The ceremony arrangement was supposed to be on a barrel as discussed but she left it on the floor. The tables were set up and she threw the eucalyptus on top of everything without caution and didn't respect the arrangements. She even threw the bride's boquete in a random table. One of the bridesmaids had to adjust the tables mid makeup session.
The flowers were very poor quality, they withered the same day. You can see the flowers wilted in the pictures from the photographer. We couldn't even save any flowers for memory because they were ugly before the ceremony even started.
