I am so glad that we hired Gary Hun from Lightplays Photography to photograph our November 10th, 2010 wedding at Bok Tower Gardens. Whenever I called or emailed Gary he was timely and courteous in his response. His familiarity with the wedding site helped make our photo session go smoothly. We were very lucky that we had such a beautiful day. Gary was wonderful at handling everyone in our small wedding party. He also handled the bright sunlight and shadows in the garden with care ensuring that we had excellent pictures. My husband and son don’t really enjoy being photographed and I thought that after a short time they both would be saying, “That’s it! I’m ready to go.” Gary’s sense of humor put everyone at ease. He has an eye for a good shot. These two factors show through in all the photos. Everyone looks relaxed and you can see what a good time we are all having. I have priceless memories of our wedding day that will last a lifetime due to Gary’s talent.

Gary was by far the best money we spent for our wedding. Our pictures were absolutely breathtaking! He took so many (well over 1000) and actually set up his computer during the reception and played a slideshow of the pictures taken during the ceremony and beginning of the reception! Our guests (ane we) loved it! He is artistic, but gets to know you and goes with your personal style. He puts all the pictures (engagement and wedding) on a website for you to review (very helpful and easy) and does so quickly. It takes a while for the book to arrive, but it's worth it because it's beautiful. (We had a slight misprint in ours, but Gary was more than willing to fix it and did so in a timely manner). He also sends a CD with all your photos on it for you to keep.
We loved Gary and his personality makes the experience so much more enjoyable! We highly recommend him!!

I would recommend Lightplays Photography to anyone getting married or having any other kind of special event. The quality of the pictures are amazing and the cost is more or less acceptable. Our photographer was professional and a lot of fun to work with. Thank you so much for making our special day even more memorable.
