The staff and people of LifePoint Community Church were so kind and helpful to us-- they allowed us to take their Bible Study tables out for a night to set up the reception venue, and were just so helpful. They even have an arch and round tables at the venue, which is convenient.
We ended up seating 100+ people down the center, holding the ceremony up on the stage, and setting up the tables on either side, with the drink tables and gift tables at the back wall.
